In the previous report we reminded you of the first bases used by our specialists to repress masturbatory practices among the children of our Planet.
It was believed that the strong inhibition appearing at the UGEE's (CHILD's) first attempts, on his being stimulated by an electrostatic discharge of high potential though not harmful to the organism, would create defences in the individual (REFLEXES) against this vice.
And unfortunately so it was: In a very high percentage of cases (87.2% of the cases analysed) the young people ceased their onanistic practices. The tragedy became apparent later, when those same individuals showed symptoms of IWOIA (PROCREATIVE) impotence. The psychogenic resistance to erection and symptoms such as IDDOANAA ADIUU (ANOREXIA), UNNIEYA GIADAA (HEADACHES), OAWUO WUANAI (TACHYCARDIA) and some forms of BIEEBUTSOA (PSYCHOMOTOR INHIBITIONS), apart from the lack of erectile control, incapacitated these unfortunates for normal marital functions.
Naturally this failure did not discourage our experts in BIEEWIGUU (PSYCHOBIOLOGY), and thanks to them we have succeeded in having our young people in our times enter OMGEEIIE (MARRIAGE) without ever having experienced orgasm. We shall speak of this in another report.
The young inhabitant of UMMO, moreover, does not see too much time pass between Puberty and his conjugal union. We consider it an offence against the divine laws of WOA to remain celibate once the reproductive faculties have developed. In one of our previous reports, Mr. Fernando Sesma Manzano of Spain, we already explained to you how our brothers quickly reached this union within the UNAWO UI (TEACHING COLONY) itself, while they were in the full phase of their intellectual and professional training.
Psychosocial controls over sporadic outbreaks of morbid eroticism are rigid and effective. It is not that there are official bodies charged with watching over the humanity of our Planet against unbridled sexuality. It is simply that Society itself, with instinctive defence mechanisms, rejects the individual who, despite the effective pedagogical and prophylactic resources, shows strange symptoms in his sexual conduct.
For example: XIIXIA KEAIA (PROSTITUTION) appeared in the first stages of our Humanity. There are archaic testimonies of the ancient AASE OUIA (CHIEFS OR GOVERNORS) laying down rules to regulate this traffic in women.
Large families regulated the number of their offspring of each sex. Those exceeding this figure were handed over to the XIIXIOUIAA (women and men who regulated this traffic). All unmarried males had the right to cohabit periodically with these unfortunate women (a number of times depending on the volume of requests of this kind and on the number of women available to the XIIXIOUIA). With the particularity that there were also GEE (MALES) controlled for this sad purpose, the same privilege being granted to unmarried YIE.
Absolute control of this social scourge was therefore effective. The situation, however, became seriously unbalanced with the hallucinating decree of a UUYIE (GIRL) famous in our History.
WIE 1, Daughter of OOUA 33 and of her Predecessor in power IE 456, capriciously imposed (induced by hidden childish motives) (and by her mother's advice) the order that all the women of UMMO who had reached the phase of IWO (FACULTY OF PROCREATION) were to become pregnant.
The humiliating measure raised horrifying outcries in that unfortunate Society, subjected to the arbitrary whims of the UUYIE (GIRL), who was then barely 14 “earth years” of age.
Only the wives and daughters of the high officials of the autocratic Government and those of the members of the sinister WOODOO (A KIND OF POLICE) were exempted from the drastic orders.
The official explanation interpreted this order as justified by the need for a demographic expansion that would make possible the ambitious scientific Plan of her predecessor in power: IE 456 Daughter of NAA 312.
The unfortunate YIE (WOMEN), young and of mature age, knew that the inspectors charged with examining them would condemn them to death if they showed no signs of gestation. Thousands of wretched sterile women committed suicide, and a great many wives, in desperation, gave themselves to the hundreds of thousands of GEE who began to proliferate in a new and repugnant trade, when their husbands did not manage to make them pregnant. In this way XIIXIA KEAIA (PROSTITUTION) sprang up with devastating force, anarchically, with the dreadful circumstance that the female sex did not give itself for personal gain: but driven by the incentive of self-defence in the face of the risk of genocide. It was therefore to be expected that, once that gloomy stage of our History had passed, after the death of the little tyrant (torn apart by the blast wave of an explosive), the mournful defects of that extorted society would remain. It was impossible to halt the wave of prostitution that spread over our Star.
The slow evolution of our Society, the continual increase in capital goods (OUMBOO) and therefore the improvement of Social welfare, Education and Scientific Progress gradually reduced the number of these sexually afflicted women, until the beginning of our Era, which was also the period that marks the disappearance of so terrible an evil. There remained only rare cases of YIE whose genetic constitution, predisposed to this defect of hypersexuality, made up a small group of well-defined pathological-sexual traits. The most modern techniques for controlling the various psychopathological factors during the process of gestation have made the existence of a female individual afflicted with these tendencies a real rarity in our days: Society reacts to these strange cases with exquisite prudence and affectionate solicitude. The patient is isolated and subjected to treatment which, because it comes late, and despite the advances of our techniques, ensures remission of the syndrome only in a high percentage of the cases, which are moreover very rare.
On UMMO, therefore, a large part of the rich range of Sexual Perversions so common on the Planet Earth is unknown.
At present all forms of Sadomasochism, Fetishism, Zooerasty, Necrophilia, Narcissism... are unknown to us. And the rare cases of Homosexuality can be controlled by hormonal regulation following suitable interventions on the neurocortical and endocrine mechanisms, without the need for surgical access.
An aspect of interest to you will undoubtedly be the Control of IWO.
The Cycle of our women can be perfectly controlled by us. This regulation, however, is closely bound to imperatives and inhibitions of a religious character. Our OMGEEIIE (MARRIED COUPLES) never tolerate an arbitrary self-regulation whose only motive is personal selfishness or unhealthy gratification.
Our Religion guides us very seriously on this point. Thus we do not understand how man can live savagely in a Society where demographic expansion is not controlled by man himself, who has received the faculty of self-government from WOA (GOD). Just as you cannot conceive of a society where men eat in a disorderly way and may interpret their freedom as the relaxation of inhibitory measures against their instincts. You must realize (AND THE ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH IS INDEED BEGINNING TO ADMIT THIS PRINCIPLE ON EARTH) that a Society aware of its End and of its evolution must create mechanisms of control over its own expansionist dynamics.
But these measures must not be imposed tyrannically by a Paternalistic Government that forces the members of Society to control the birth of children against their own conscience and will. It is the family itself which, becoming aware of its own responsibility, adopts the most effective measures for its good and the good of the Society in which it is immersed.
Parents on UMMO plan the number of their children after long and careful analysis. They will always have the advice of the religious ministers. They will always consult XANMOO AYUBAA (NETWORK OF COMPUTERS) to weigh the hundreds of factors that must converge in a measure of this nature. We do not become anxious. We methodically weigh the pros and cons. Genetic factors, our professional situation, the intelligence of the parents, our own psycho-affective or sentimental characteristics... And we act accordingly.
Artificial contraceptive procedures are banned from our Planet... Simply because they are not necessary.
In the first place, we have in all the XAABIUANNAA (DWELLINGS) detector units, called by us IWOUAXOO. They are based on the analysis of the electromagnetic fields generated by the cerebral cortex of the Woman. The whole metabolism of a human being can be examined by means of this analysis. The apparatus detects the faint alterations registered throughout the ovulation cycle, carefully recording all its phases.
There is exact awareness not only of the various stages of maturation of the ovum within the ovary, but of course of its passage through the ODAXIXAA (called by you the FALLOPIAN TUBE).
But what is more, the time the ovum remains between two points of its course can be reduced by means of techniques that allow this control at a distance.
The importance of this control will not escape you, since the fertility of the YIE is closely linked to the permanence of the ovum. Not only do we know the period of fertility with complete exactitude, but we can shorten or lengthen it (WITHIN CERTAIN LIMITS - MINIMUM PERIOD OF FERTILITY: about 46 UIW. Maximum period depending on the somatic characteristics of each woman).
There are no difficulties: therefore as far as birth control is concerned.
As an important note, we shall tell you that when the OMGEEYIE decides to generate a new child, that night takes on an unusual ceremonial. Both are usually explicit and communicate the decision confidentially to the persons living with them, including the other children. The good news is also communicated to the religious minister, who comes a few UIW beforehand to congratulate the couple and exhort them. Our extraordinary evenings are never celebrated with special meals. On the contrary, the regularity of meals is never altered, for hygienic reasons that need no demonstration, but with a veritable olfactory symphony. With a marvellous session of IAIKEAI (ART OF PERFUMING) in which the YIE tries to shine before her near ones.
That night is a marvellous landmark in the slow journey of the OMGEEYIE of UMMO through the WAAM generated by WOA (GOD). That night both spouses will make use of that marvellous generative faculty bequeathed by our God for the evolution of Humanity. A new BEING is going to be born.
The old custom of recording on the archaic IBOZOOIXINAA (SEE SUPPLEMENTARY REPORT) the exclamations of pleasure expressed during the orgasm of this solemn night has not, however, disappeared. We GEE and YIE of UMMO still sometimes play back sounds that are invested for us with affective or sentimental resonances that move us deeply. And later, in old age, when our parents have been turned into Helium and their BUUAWAA (SOULS) have become identified with WOA, we can relive once more the instant that marked our somatic generation within this WAAM.
