Mr. Sesma: Our brothers of the Spain section report contraventions of yours of our instructions.

 

For precision of our orders, we make you written synthesis of which.

 

1). - In no circumstance will declare orally before press reporters, extraterrestrial matters. We except declarations written by You with or without questionnaire interview.

 

2). - Not allow to broadcast by RADIO AND TELEVISION VIA, declarations made by other speaker. Only you personally will be authorised to inform before microphone or cameras on the basis of the text of our communiqués and comments of yours on these.

 

3). - Not tolerate at councils and meetings -outside home of yours- with associates and friends, any presence of press reporters known to you or who reveal themselves as such, as well as photographers. - We except cinematograph cameraman -only to fulfil his graphic mission-.

 

4).- Prohibition of visiting by you those persons REPORTERS, WITNESSES OF OUR LANDINGS, BIBLIOGRAPHIC AUTHORS- of Spain and other countries who on radio, TV., bibliography and periodical press have expressed declarations calling into doubt the suitability and origin of our spacecraft.

 

If any of these persons should come to your presence in polemical mood, you will avoid discussions, being you authorised, nevertheless, to express before them your criterion.

 

5). - It will be tolerated to you to write all forms of written and printed information -press, magazines and books- provided that you do not distort the reality of our reports.

6).- You will avoid graphic reproduction of the seal or password identical to this STAMP SIGN to avoid all fraud that would allow third parties to send you false reports in our name.

 

7).- On the contrary, it is not permitted the graphic printing of the reproductions or facsimiles of those drawings or graphisms sent to you. Only authentic photographs of the same are authorised to you for their reproduction to newspapers and bibliography.
