Consistency analysis of letter NR13 with respect to the "old" letters.

CONSISTENCY ANALYSIS NR13

 

INTRODUCTORY NOTE: This analysis of letter NR13, received by "Pierre Martin" on 16/04/2003, aims to study its consistency and/or inconsistency with respect to the old letters (before 1990) of the dossier. To make reading easier I use the following colour code. Letter NR13 is left in black (except when a paragraph is quoted again out of its natural order). Quotations from old UMMO texts are in purple. Quotations from a Saliano text have the same colour as the UMMO quotations but are in italics. Quotations from texts outside the dossier are in dark green. When the aim is to relate very specific aspects of NR13 to those of the quotations, the key words are highlighted in red. Finally, my own comments are in blue.

 

At the end of the study I have attached the complete texts from which the quotations are taken. I think it is a good idea, before reading this analysis, to read these texts as well as NR13 itself.

(NR13) My name is E IXOO 7 son of OURIEE 29 and I depend on my brother AYIOA 1 son of ADAA 67, head of the expeditionaries of Western Europe except for England, Ireland, Portugal and Spain.

 

Here we have a first, small element of compatibility with the old letters. Indeed, in the letter classified by Darnaude as D57-3 (Second journey and descent of a group of expeditionaries) it says:

 

(D57-3) DESCENT ON OYAAGAA (EARTH) OF OUR FIRST BROTHERS

 

The six OEMII (PERSONS) who set out for the first time for this Planet were:

 

OEOEE 95 Son of OEOEE 91: Specialist in BAAYIODUIII (BIOLOGY). Then 31 terrestrial years of age. Director of the expeditionaries. At present occupying the post of OGIIA (CHIEF) of coordination from UMMO of the brothers sent here

 

UURIO 79 Son of IYIA 5: Expert in BIIEUIGUU (human Psychobiology). Then 18 terrestrial years of age. (The only one of that expedition still remaining on this Planet)

 

INOOO 33 Daughter of INOOO 29: Expert in OOLGAA GOO (Physics of the Structure of Matter). 18 terrestrial years of age.

 

ODDIOA 1 son of ISAAO132: Specialized in AYUU WADDOSOOIA (Communications), 78 terrestrial years of age

 

ADAA 66 son of ADAA 65: Technician in AYUYISAA (SOCIOLOGY), 22 years of age. (The only brother of ours who has died on Earth. He died on 6 November 1957 in Yugoslavia, the victim of an accident. (His body could not be recovered).

 

UORII 19 Daughter of OBAA 7: Expert in Pathology of the Digestive System. 32 years of age

 

We can see how among the expeditionaries was ADAA 66 son of ADAA 65. We can also see in the introductory paragraph of this letter NR13 that the head of the expedition for the east of Western Europe is AYIOA 1 son of ADAA 67. It may be a coincidence, but ADAA 67 could very well be the son of ADAA 66 son of ADAA 65, who moreover died on Earth. If this were so, AYIOA 1 would be the grandson of ADAA 66, who came to Earth in 1950 aged 22. In another paragraph of letter D57-3 it says:

 

(D57-3) All our brave expeditionaries had families on UMMO: OOEOEE 95: 4 children. UURIO 79 and ADAA 66 2 children and the rest one child each.

 

We see that ADAA 66 had two children when he left UMMO. Supposing that one of them (surely the elder, from the numbering) was ADAA 67, we can imagine that he was, for example, between 1 and 6 years old in 1950 (according to what they tell us, marriage does not exceed 15 years by much). Let us suppose, for example, that he was 2 years old in 1950. ADAA 67 could then very well have had one of his children (let us suppose the second or third, since he was called AYIOA 1 instead of ADAA 68) when he was between 20 and 30, that is, between 1972 and 1982 (let us say 1978, for example), so that AYIOA 1 could be between 21 and 31 years old in 2003 (the date of the letter) (let us say 28). We see that the ages fit quite well.

 

Curiously, we also have here another cross-validating element for letter NR18-2, recently published. Indeed, letter NR18-2 says:

 

(NR18-2) I will mention, as an anecdote, two brothers of the first group that visited you. OURIO 79 son of IYIA 5, amazed by the complexity of your psychology, was reluctant to leave, of his own will, your planet.

 

We see in the paragraph of D57-3 copied above, which I copy again below, that in 1967 (the date this letter was sent) UURIO 79 son of IYIA 5 was the only one of the first expedition who had still not left the Earth, and this despite the fact that he had left a wife and two children on UMMO.

 

(D57-3) UURIO 79 Son of IYIA 5: Expert in BIIEUIGUU (human Psychobiology). Then 18 terrestrial years of age. (The only one of that expedition still remaining on this Planet) (Ed. N.: in 1967))

 

(NR13) (....) our desire to communicate openly with you, the OEMMI of the Earth, is great, and we are held back only by the certainty that the establishment of a public official contact would be harmful to the fragile social network of your planet. For the same reason we cannot intervene directly and publicly, as you will already suppose.

 

This paragraph is consistent with dozens of similar warnings in the old letters, although of course an extremely detailed knowledge of the dossier would not be needed for a fraudster to write it, unlike what happens with the subtle consistencies of the first paragraph.

 

(NR13) This letter concerns only you. Making it public is left entirely to your discretion, knowing that you may be told that it is you who may have written and sent it, all the more so as it comes from a place close to your home. The letter will at most be classified among the doubtful or hypothetical ones. You may also read it and keep it for yourself without telling your brothers.

 

The style is very "Ummite" but without any special consistency.

 

(NR13) Our presence on Earth has known temporary interruptions during the 53 years since we have been visiting you. Our total absences, however, have been of short duration, although our expeditionary corps has often been reduced to six members in the course of recent years.

 

On more than one occasion they give figures for their presence in paragraphs in the style of: "the number of our personnel on your planet at this moment is...." and the figure of 6 (as far as I remember, at least) is the lowest of those mentioned at any time.

 

(NR13) Our presence in total accumulated time on your planet approaches 49 years. The last complete interruptions of our presence took place from 15 May to 6 October 1993 and from 19 February 1998 to 4 August 1999.

 

The letter received by Rafael Farriols encouraging him to bring the group together again was received on 2 April 1993 and was sent from Cuba. In this letter, moreover, the following range of dates is proposed for the planned meeting.

 

(D2583) The place you may decide yourself: the date between 28/02 and 25/04 (there are good reasons for this; we are at present in a country very far from your marvellous country). (Note: this paragraph is translated from the French, since I do not have the original Spanish version of this letter)

 

These dates are consistent with the date of departure from Earth of 15 May, as well as with the silence that followed (theoretically they did not return to Earth until October of that year)

 

(NR13) The renewal of our expeditionary groups then posed problems because of the poor isodynamic conditions of space, in which the foldings induced by our OUWAAM (the comment on the foldings is consistent, although it is a datum any forger minimally familiar with the dossier could have used) allow us to make our journeys with an acceptable crossing time. These conditions are at present degraded, but recently an attendant disturbance has occurred, making possible a journey that has allowed us to receive other brothers on 11 March 2003 after an exhausting journey equivalent to 5 terrestrial months.

 

Is 5 months of travel a lot or a little? Is this datum in keeping with earlier ones? Let us see:

 

(D37-2) At 20 hours 1 minute and 56 seconds (SPANISH TIME) (853691.244 uiw (2) over time zero counted from its take-off from UMMO the OAWOOLEA OEMN OMWEA UMMO 56 registered contact with the terrestrial lithosphere on a plot of land near the motorway joining the Aluche metropolitan railway station with the village of Casilda de Bustos (Madrid)

 

We see that they took 85369.244 UIW to arrive. If we remember that one UIW = 3.0921 minutes and do a little arithmetic, we find that the journey took them: 183.31 days, that is, approximately 6 months, which agrees quite well with the 5 months mentioned in this letter NR13.

 

(NR13) (....) our planet, likewise, was visited in ancient times by foreign races.

 

There is information to this effect in several letters. For example in D41-16 (report on life on UMMO)

 

(D41-16) 113. DISCOVERIES OF OTHER INHABITED PLANETS MADE BY UMMO.

 

In our journeys we have not even reached the limits of our Galaxy. Our techniques of space travel must adapt according to certain curvatures of SPACE.

 

We cannot therefore travel where and when we wish.

 

Throughout our HISTORY the contacts established have been: (The dates correspond to Our Last ERA) UMMO years.

 

Year 27 / 32465.5616 The first coded messages from the OOYAUMME SYSTEM are picked up (a star we have not identified in the Astronomical Tables of EARTH).

 

Year 29 / 36008.53 Recording of undecipherable messages coming from the UUYABOO WEAM group, Nebula NEAAA.

 

Year 64 / 87.3 Arrival of two craft similar to our OAWOLEA UEWA. They disappear without trace. Previously, and without official record, the URAA (UNOFFICIAL CHRONICLES) recorded approximately up to 4230 contacts of this kind.

 

BETWEEN YEARS 84 and 509: 42 messages received and decoded, 103 undecipherable messages.

 

 

We are going to trace the consistency of NR13 from the details that follow.

 

(NR13) The first official contact with OEMMII coming from another planet took place in the year 75 of our era (about 1255 terrestrial years before the present date, if we wished to establish an illusory synchronism between the Earth and OUMMO) by peaceful brothers coming from the planet DOOKAAIA in response to signals emitted from OUMMO.

 

The contact with the inhabitants of DOOKAAIA in XEE 75 of the 3rd time is mentioned twice in as many documents:

 

(D541)

• Then began the instant zero of the third era (Our Time)
• In the year 75, arrival of ships from the cold Star DOOCAIAA
• The atoms of Krypton of OEMBUAUF are discovered 315 3rd Era
• The principles of cosmological Biogenetics are founded 2906 3rd Era

 

(D41-1) We inhabitants of UMMO possess a body whose physiological morphology is surprisingly analogous to that of terrestrial "homo sapiens". This is logical if one considers that the biogenetic laws seem to hold for the whole Universe. When in OIWI (year) 75.231 of our time (we define the year as the eighteenth part of the time of revolution of UMMO around IUMMA -WOLF 424-), spaceships arrived from the planet TOOKAAIA, their crews, although they died, also presented the same cellular organization.

 

Next comes a truly curious paragraph:

 

(NR13) 11 XEE earlier, they had sent two automatic ships on prior reconnaissance to check our reaction in response to an open and not fleeting incursion into our airspace.

 

If we do the sums we will calculate that 11 XEE before their year 75 was the year 64. They tell us that in that year (64 of the third time) the people of DOOKAIAA had sent two automatic reconnaissance ships (surely to check that those of UMMO did not attack them (were not aggressive) and at the same time to gather data on their civilization). This incursion, they tell us, was open and not fleeting. Is there any earlier text that corroborates something similar? If we read again the text of D41-16 that I copied above (and which I copy again below), it says:

 

(D41-16) Year 64 / 87.3 Arrival of two craft similar to our OAWOLEA UEWA. They disappear without trace. Previously and without official record...

 

We see that indeed in the year 64 (specifically 64 / 87.3) the first two evident ships arrived in the skies of UMMO. They must have remained long enough, and with an open and not fleeting attitude, to be detected and remembered as an important event in this account of their contacts with other civilizations, as it appears in this letter D41-16 received by Sesma in 1967.

 

Before going on, and with reference to the statement that those of DOOKAAIA had sent two automatic ships on prior reconnaissance, let us ask ourselves: Is this business of sending automatic ships not a little fantastic? How could they be steered from light years away? However many instructions for millions of eventualities they may have programmed, is such a craft conceivable, or has the supposed forger of NR13 put his foot in it (as far as consistency is concerned)? Let us see what they say in letter D63, sent to Dionisio Garrido, about how they first reached the vicinity of the IAGIAAIAOO nebulae.

 

(D63) At that time the first journeys were made by means of autonomous equipment. Something like the radio-guided rockets you Terrestrials use in the present phase of your space explorations. The only difference lay in the fact that the process of the study and the route the first OAWOLEA UEWA (SHIPS) were to follow was programmed beforehand in a Titanium crystal, memorizing all the instructions in it. The equipment on board the Ship was thus controlled in its exploration without any of our brothers travelling inside it. This may perhaps surprise you, thinking, apparently with reason, that it would be much easier to carry out the process by remote control by means of radio-electromagnetic emissions; but do not forget that such control is impossible once the Spaceship has undergone the OWWOLEEIDDAA, the process by which its subatomic particles undergo a process of inversion to another three-dimensional system. In those conditions a train of electromagnetic waves propagates within the pre­vious three-dimensional system (the one familiar to us) and its radiation Field is now inaccessible to the Ship.

 

(NR13) Previously, our planet had also known what you call UFO waves, which are OUEWA sent on reconnaissance by travelling OEMMI from different planets of this galaxy.

 

This paragraph too is endorsed, as we have seen above, in letter D41-16 (I copy it below); however, they add that those sightings were without official proof.

 

(D41-16) Previously and without official record the URAA (UNOFFICIAL CHRONICLES) recorded approximately up to 4230 contacts of this kind.

 

I interpret the fact that the records before the year 64 were without official proof as equivalent to saying that the first contact officially recognized by the civilization of UMMO with ships of another civilization dates from XEE 64 - 3rd time, which coincides with what is stated in letter NR13. This would also be explained by the fact that the visit was open and not fleeting, as letter NR13 says.

 

(NR13) The contact with our brothers of the planet DOOKAAIA was official and there was not, as far as we know, any clandestine attempt by any other OEMMII to infiltrate our social network. This would in any case be impossible, since every person in the social network is necessarily in interaction with the SANMOO AAYOUBA network of computers, which supervises our whole planet. Because of this, no intrusion into our social network is imaginable.

 

As regards their almost total certainty of the non-interference of other beings in their civilization owing to the omnipresent vigilance of the XANMOO, there are many paragraphs in many letters that corroborate it, but I limit myself to reproducing two so as not to make this more tedious.

 

(D41-16) Well then. There exist throughout UMMO 120 giant XANMOO AYUBAA linked to the great MEMORY mentioned. These enormous installations regulate all the activity of UMMO.

 

(D41-6) (Speaking of their GOONIOADOO UEWA vehicles) Their remote guidance is carried out under the control of the XANMOO AYU­BAA (WORLD COMPUTER NETWORK) simultaneously with the vehicle's detection equipment, which monitors at every instant not only the meteorological parameters and the presence of static obstacles, but the probable direction of other vehicles travelling in the vicinity.

 

Before going on to the next paragraph I would like to make a comment. Let us imagine that within the next hundred years the Earth finally makes official contact with another planetary civilization that visits us (UMMO, for example). By definition (they would be the visitors and we the visited) that civilization would be more (or much more) advanced than ours. I suppose we will all agree in accepting that this first official contact would be a transcendent event in the history of our planet. I imagine it is also admissible to suppose that this contact would bring with it an acceleration of certain scientific, humanistic and social developments, even if this civilization tried not to impose "its" ideas on us, but agreed to exercise a certain tutelage (if that civilization judged that our social stability was adequate) in the sense of advising us on which lines of development we should devote more resources and effort to. If in another thousand years we in our turn were to contact another, less advanced civilization, we would surely tell them how, in remote times, we in our turn were contacted officially for the first time by another race of men.

 

(NR13) We owe these brothers an acceleration of our technological development, thanks to their theoretical contributions to our cosmological model, then in its infancy, at the level of the theory of IBOSZOO OU and of the ten-dimensional structure of the WAAM-WAAM. Thanks to them we have been able to master the process of inverting the orientation of the axes of the IBOSZOO OU (OAWOLEIIDAA) and thus build our own OAWOLEA OUEWA to explore the galaxy and the other WAAM. The interference in our evolution took place only at the minimum level, limited to encouraging theoretical work that was already advanced, and because our brothers of DOOKAAIA had judged our social stability sufficient to allow us access to a higher level of technology, though always far below theirs.

 

They tell us that at the time of the arrival of the people of DOOKAIA their cosmological model of the ten-dimensional structure of the WAAM-WAAM was in its infancy and that they had not yet begun space travel. Is there any other letter that corroborates this statement? Let us first see when the first space journeys began, in order to date some statements contained in letter D63 which I will quote below. Going back over the list of their contacts with other planets in letter (D41-16)

 

(D41-16) The first real contact by means of our OAWOOLEA OEMM (SPACESHIPS) we established with the Planet IEYIO­BAA (the phonetic name of its inhabitants sounds approximately like this: FRRRANSSSS). This group is located around the Star OOYAUNMEEEI (In the terrestrial tables it appears under the name 70 Ophiuchi).

 

The second (year 501 / 978.56 with the PLANET OOYA­WIIA and its inhabitants, who killed its six crew members).

 

We see that the second journey to a planet inhabited by OEMMII is made in XEE 501. Of the first journey they give us no clue here, but in another context they do tell us that they made a journey to the planet OOYAEBEEM in the system UYI ABEE, 9165 LY away and that this journey was made, owing to the extraordinary isodynamic conditions of space, in 40,078,427.56 thousandths of a UIW (Approx: 86 days) (whose inhabitants had destroyed themselves 6000 years earlier), in XEE 487 / 84465.2 TIII. With these data we can speculate that the first journeys by means of OAWOLEEIDAA may have taken place around XEE 400 or 450 TIII, that is, some 80 (terrestrial) years after the arrival of the ships from DOOKAIAA. Let us see what they say in letter D63 about how advanced their theory of ten-dimensional space and the IBOZOO UU was. In this letter, which is devoted to the IAGIAAIAOO, and after what we have seen, we can now venture to date when these first journeys took place; that is, around XEE 350 to 450 TIII.

 

(D63) At that time our Technology was beginning to make its first faltering steps (after the sensational discovery that made it possible to invert the orientation of the IBOZOO UU) in long-distance galactic travel.

 

We see that the sensational discovery that allowed them to invert the orientations of the IBOZOO UU was made (as is logical) shortly before long-distance space travel by means of OAWOOLEEIDAA began, and this must have been around XEE 300 or 400 TIII. The information provided in letter NR13 therefore coincides with that of D63 (read again the last paragraph of NR13 a little further up).

 

(NR13) Our brothers of DOOKAAIA also propelled us towards the psycho-emotional sphere, since at that time we were an eminently pragmatic people and our understanding of the WAAM-WAAM then omitted the integration into our global cosmological model of the transcendental components that are WOA and BOUAWA. They encouraged us, without directing us straight to the solution, to perfect our knowledge of cell biology and biopathology since, and this is now true for us too, the understanding of the WAAM-WAAM requires the complete understanding of the biopsychological functioning of the OEMII (the human body taken in its inseparable material and psychic aspects)

 

If we go over some of the technological milestones and scientific discoveries of UMMO a little carefully, we have:

 

• Birth of IMMII28, and with him BIEEUIGUU neurobiology, in the year 4100 TII
• Development of the BUUTZ of GOONNIAOADOO (YUIXAA 36) in the year 5476 TII
• Trial of neurocortical transformation by ORIAAU 6 son of ORIAAU 5 in the year 5722 TII (Incidentally, this trial ended with disastrous results, surely because they were then a people "eminently pragmatic, but whose science omitted the transcendental components that are WOA and BUAWA"
• Discovery of Kr in the brain by SOOIE 996 son of SOOIE 993 in the year 315 / 46088 TIII
• Discovery of the OEMBUAW by NOI 3 son of NOI 2 in the year 315 / 53750 TIII

 

We see that the transcendental discovery of the OEMBUAW took place in XEE 315 TIII, that is, 240 XEE, or 50 terrestrial years, after the arrival of the people of DOOKAAIA. Chance, or has there been a discreet guidance in this direction?

 

In short, we see that all these data and texts are compatible and consistent with letter NR13. Personally I believe there is more than compatibility. I believe there is correlation and explanatory reciprocity between the old and the new data. Let us continue.

 

(NR13) We have therefore had access to intragalactic travel since a relatively recent period, and our integration into the community of brothers of this galaxy is a transcendent experience for us to the extent of our psycho-emotional development.

 

In the previous paragraph two statements of very different kinds are made:

• The Ummans (Why say Venusian or Jovian rather than Venusite or Jovite, and not say Umman -quite apart from the fact that they show their preference for this term- instead of Ummite? I hope my choice does not bother anyone) have had access to intragalactic travel since relatively recent times.
• They regard the OEMMII of other planets with whom they deal officially as "brothers", whereas they never apply this degree of kinship when they refer to us. Moreover, they regard this relationship as transcendent for them.

 

As for the first statement, there is not much to say. Both from the old letters and from NR13 we can deduce that the beginning of their intragalactic travel took place around XEE 400 or 450 of the third time. Considering that they must now be at the beginning of the fourth time (here old and new information coincide), some 5600 XEE must have passed since the beginning of their journeys, that is, approximately 1200 years. To regard this (a thousand-odd years ago) as "relatively recent" in a historical context as extended as the one they present to us in their letters is "relatively appropriate".

 

As regards the second statement, repeated several times in this letter, that the OEMMI of other "friendly" planets are brothers, I must admit that I have found no precedent in the old letters. Does this mean that we have a contradiction here? I would not state it so categorically. Let us see. I typed "frère" ("brother") and "frères" ("brothers") into the text search engine of AJH's site (ummo-sciences) and found hundreds of entries corresponding to these two words. In all of them without exception (except when they refer to real kinship), the sentences in which these words appear are of the type ".... our brother AEIOU 14..." or ".... your brother Bertrand Russell..." The only conclusion we can draw in principle is that they apply the treatment of brother to all OEMII belonging to the same planet. Further still: I seem to remember (but I have not found this datum and so may be distorting the sentence) that in one of their letters they say something like that human races present minimal genetic differences and that we should therefore all regard ourselves as brothers, and that we are all connected to the same BUAWE BIAEII. With all this we could consider (although it is not specifically stated anywhere) that they consider that they should treat as brothers either the OEMII of the same planet or the OEMII connected to the same BUAWEE BIAEEI. In any case, and whatever the interpretation, it is evident that there is a different treatment here for the OEMII of other planets, and this could therefore be regarded as a flagrant contradiction.

 

However, I ask myself: is the relationship that unites those of UMMO and those of DOOKAAIA identical to the one that unites the Ummans and humans? Obviously NOT. The peoples of UMMO and DOOKAAIA have established an official relationship of friendship (assuming the NRxx letters are valid). Is this enough to change the respectful but distant treatment with which they favour us, and for them to regard as brothers the individuals of another planetary civilization merely because they have established "diplomatic" relations with them at an official level? Let us look at a curious text that appears in letter D102

 

(D102) Our concepts regarding social relations differ from those of EARTH. For us there is no defined distinction between Relatives, friends and mere acquaintances. As soon as we enter into communicative contact with one of our brothers and know his patronymic, we include him within our primary microsocial NETWORK, without a clear distinction of categories that would translate into relations with different degrees of intimacy. He is simply my BROTHER and shares joys and other feelings with me above ties of a genetic character or length of acquaintance.

 

We see how, once they enter into "official contact" with another person, that is, as soon as they know his name and begin to treat him in an "official" way, he becomes integrated into their primary micro-network and becomes simply their BROTHER, independently of genetic ties. I do not wish to insist further or to extend this paragraph of D102 beyond its original meaning, because evidently this is a custom of the individuals of UMMO that cannot simply be transposed to the sphere of social relations. However, I want to put on record that:

 

1- There is at least one precedent in the old letters which suggests that for them the status of BROTHER is acquired by any other individual (of their own planet, in principle) with whom they relate openly (a distant and covert epistolary relationship would perhaps not count) and with whom they share their joys and other feelings. If this custom of calling BROTHER, on the individual plane, those who share projects and feelings could be extrapolated to relations between peoples, it would be logical for them to call "brothers" the inhabitants of other planets with whom they have established fraternal relations of cooperation, while treating us, who belong to a planet with which they have no official relations, for the moment with more respectful and distant formulas.

 

2- The second consideration is that if we were to accept this interpretation, which, although a little far-fetched, is not absurd :-), the apparent contradiction would disappear completely.

 

(NR13) We have as a tacit rule to inform the other, more evolved OEMMII brothers with whom we are in contact of every exploratory journey we wish to make. The rule is even stricter in the case of wishing to make an incursion into the social network of non-travelling OEMMII: we are morally obliged to mention it officially before our galactic brothers, with the legitimate motivations that seem to impose it on us. It is frequent, in view of our relative inexperience, for a journey to be advised against. The motivations for this refusal are seldom made explicit, but we abide by them strictly. In those cases we defer our mission pending later permission. We have always applied this principle since an unfortunate accident that took place following our second exploratory journey, which ended with the atrocious death of our brothers, killed by the native inhabitants of the planet.

 

It seems that the Ummans greatly respect the judgement of other, more evolved planetary peoples with whom they deal. It is curious to note the mixture of respect, moral obligation, fraternity and distance with which they present their relations with other civilizations to us. Further on I will go more deeply into this matter of closeness-distance. On the other hand, they mention that on their second journey, for which they must not have taken precautions or asked permission from other, more evolved "brothers", they had the misfortune that the six crew members of the ship were killed by the native inhabitants of the planet. Is this anecdote an imaginative piece of nonsense? Let us look again at letter D41-16:

 

(D41-16) The first real contact by means of our OAWOOLEA OEMM (SPACESHIPS) we established with the Planet IEYIO­BAA (the phonetic name of its inhabitants sounds approximately like this: FRRRANSSSS). This group is located around the Star OOYAUNMEEEI (In the terrestrial tables it appears under the name 70 Ophiuchi).

 

The second (year 501 / 978.56 with the PLANET OOYA­WIIA and its inhabitants, who killed its six crew members).

 

We see that there is consistency between the data of NR13 and of D41-16 on the disastrous end of their second journey. Before going on, I would like to focus more on the first journey they made, which, although not specifically mentioned in this letter NR13, might have some relation. Indeed, letter D41-16 says:

 

(D41-16) Throughout our HISTORY the contacts established have been: (The dates correspond to Our Last ERA) UMMO years.

Year 64 / 87.3 Arrival of two craft similar to our OAWOLEA UEWA. They disappear without trace.

 

(D41-1) When in OIWI (year) 75.231 of our time (we define the year as the eighteenth part of the time of revolution of UMMO around IUMMA -WOLF 424-), spaceships arrived from the planet TOOKAAIA, their crews, although they died, also presented the same cellular organization.

(D41-16) The first real contact by means of our OAWOOLEA OEMM (SPACESHIPS) we established with the Planet IEYIO­BAA (the phonetic name of its inhabitants sounds approximately like this: FRRRANSSSS). This group is located around the Star OOYAUNMEEEI (In the terrestrial tables it appears under the name 70 Ophiuchi).

 

We see that in XEE 64 some automatic ships from DOOKAAIA arrive (at least according to my interpretation), and in XEE 75 the people of DOOKAAIA arrive. However, at the beginning of this letter NR13 we saw that E IXOO 7 said (I repeat a paragraph already analysed, which is why I put it in purple)

 

(NR13) The first official contact with OEMMII coming from another planet took place in the year 75 of our era (.../...) by peaceful brothers coming from the planet DOOKAAIA in response to signals emitted from OUMMO.

 

Let us analyse all this. In XEE 64 TIII they receive the open and not furtive visit of automatic ships from DOOKAAIA, and in XEE 75 TIII (that is, 11 XEE later) they receive the visit of those of DOOKAAIA in response to signals emitted from UMMO (towards the ships?). All these data suggest the following story to me.

 

• UMMO is reaching its technological and scientific coming of age and, with its cosmological model already quite refined, considers how to contact OEMMI of other nearby planets. Those of UMMO begin to emit signals (we do not know what type: electromagnetic, which apparently are considered very primitive technology, or gravitational, or of some other type we do not know) towards the nearest systems that look likely to harbour life, as if to say: Hey, we are here!
• Those of the planet IEYIOBAA at OOYAUNMEEEI (who in this story I suppose could in reality be those of DOOCAAIA, as I will explain later) react to the signals by also sending two reconnaissance ships.
• Those of DOOKAAIA, seeing that those of UMMO are not "bad people" and do not attack their automatic ships, decide to visit them, and in XEE 75 they appear on UMMO.
• The people of DOOKAIA encourage the already advanced work of the Ummite cosmologists, and around XEE 400 or 450 TIII (see further up in this same analysis how I calculated these dates), that is, some 70 terrestrial years after the arrival of those of DOOKAAIA, the Ummans are already in a position to undertake their first long-distance journey to an inhabited planet.
• Where do the Ummans go on this first outing? They tell us in D41-16, quoted above. They go to the planet IEYIOBAA at the star OOYAUNMEEEI. We see that the first choice is OOYAUNMEEEI (which, they tell us, appears in our astronomical tables as 70 Ophiuchi). In short, I believe that on their first outing those of UMMO go to DOOKAAIA, as could not be otherwise, to visit their new and first friends in the galaxy.

 

Regardless of whether or not the planet IEYIOBAA orbiting the star OOYAUNMEEEI is DOOCAIAA, let us analyse this 70 Ophiuchi system a little. Let us switch to another source of information, much more suspect although, it is true, endorsed by the Ummans as real, and which for once gives us possibly true and extremely interesting information. In Father López Guerrero's book "Mirando a la lejanía del Universo" there appears a text by Saliano (I attach this text in full at the end of the study, like all those I am quoting, and I advise reading them, even beforehand) in which Saliano, "abandoning symbolic language for this once", offers us the following data on other races that visit us:

 

(UCOT7 (E33) - SALIANO) From a planet called UMO, situated some 14 light years away, come peaceful crews who since 1950 have been visiting the Earth and, taking advantage of their anatomical constitution similar to yours, have mingled with terrestrials to study them.

From a planet classified by its astronomers of the star Earth as (70 Ophiuchi a) (70 Ophiucius a), situated 17.28 light years away, come unmanned observation ships which have been entering your atmosphere since the year 561 A.D. with great frequency.

 

We see that SALIANO tells us that since 1950 we have been visited by peaceful crews from a planet called UMO situated 14 light years away. Nothing new. But a little later they add that from a planet in the 70 Ophiuchi system, 17.28 light years away, we have been visited since the year 561 A.D. by unmanned observation ships that enter our atmosphere with great frequency. We may ask ourselves: whom do we know that sends automatic reconnaissance ships? We have seen in this letter NR13 that those of DOOKAAIA first sent two unmanned automatic reconnaissance ships to UMMO, and on the other hand we have traced the possibility that DOOKAAIA is located around 70 Ophiuchi a. I believe all these data are very consistent and raise the probability that indeed OOYAUNMEEEI = 70 Ophiuchi a and that the planet IEYIOBAA = DOOKAAIA. The fact that its inhabitants call themselves FRRRANSSSS and their planet IEYIOBAA or DOOKAAIA is not contradictory. One explanation for this proliferation of names could be of the type: We call ourselves "men" (FRRRANSSSS) and our planet "Earth" (DOOKAAYA), but the Ummans call our planet "OYAAGA" (IEYIOBAA).

 

We can investigate this puzzle a little further. We have that IUMMA is 14.4 LY from the Sun and 70 Ophiuchi 17.3 LY from the Sun (taking Saliano's figure as good, since in our tables [for example SolStation.com at www.solstation.com] we find a distance of 16.6 LY). With these two distances, and depending on whether IUMMA (Wolf 424?) and 70 Ophiuchi are aligned or in opposite positions with respect to the Sun, the distance between UMMO and IEYIOBAA (DOOKAAYA?) could vary between 17.3 - 14.4 = 2.9 LY and 17.3 + 14.4 = 31.7 LY. Everything will depend on how IUMMA and 70 Ophiuchi are situated, that is, what angle they form as seen from the Earth. Our friends from UMMO tell us that their sun IUMMA can be found at these coordinates: Right Ascension: 12^h 31^m 14^s ± 2^m 11^s and Declination: +9º 18' 7'' ± 14' 2''. If we go to any of the sites of astronomical position tables on the INTERNET (for example those of the site THE ONE HUNDRED NEAREST STAR SYSTEMS https://joy.chara.gsu.edu/RECONS/TOP100.htm), we will find that WOLF 424 has the following coordinates: RA: 12^h 33^m 17.2^s ; DEC: +09º 01' 15''; on the other hand 70 Ophiuchi is located at: RA: 18^h 05^m 27.3^s ; DEC: 02º 30' 00''. The first thing that strikes us is that WOLF 424 is not exactly at the coordinates they give us for IUMMA, although very close (2 minutes of Right Ascension and 17' of Declination difference is not much, although it is more than the margin of error the people of UMMO give us in one of their letters), but this is not important, since by now we know very well that IUMMA is not WOLF 424. On the other hand, we see that 70 Ophiuchi and IUMMA are seen from the Earth under an angle somewhat less than, but very close to, π/2 (almost 6 hours of Right Ascension and a few degrees - 6½º - of Declination). With this angle, and knowing the legs (14.4 LY and 17 LY), the distance between 70 Ophiuchi and IUMMA will be approximately 22 LY.

 

As for the viability of 70 Ophiuchi A (70 Ophiuchi is a double system - 70 Ophiuchi A and 70 Ophiuchi B - but from Saliano's text it seems to follow that they come from 70 Ophiuchi A) as the sun of a planet harbouring life, let us look at some data on this star:

A main sequence orange-red dwarf (K0-1 Ve), the primary has only about 92 percent of Sol's mass (RECONS), about 89 percent of its diameter (Johnson and Wright, 1983, page 691), 43 percent of its visual luminosity (51 percent with infrared adjustment), and from 30 to 100 percent of Sol's abundance of elements heavier than hydrogen (metallicity), based on its abundance of iron (Caryrel de Strobel et al, 1991; page 302). On the other hand, residual dust left over from the star's infancy has been detected in the binary system, as has been found in the Solar System (Kuchner et al, 1998, in pdf).

The orbital distance where an Earth-type planet would have liquid water is centered around 0.68 AU -- near the Venus-Sun distance in the Solar System -- where a planet's period would be about 228 days or almost two thirds of an Earth year.

         

As we can see, 70 Ophiuchi A is a model star for harbouring life around it.

 

(NR13) We have had permission to involve ourselves within your social network since your year 1948. Previously all permission to visit your solar system had been denied us. We did not even know that you existed. We now understand the reasons, since you were in a critical phase of your history which you needed to overcome alone.

 

The date on which they obtain permission to visit our system is our year 1948. This date coincides suspiciously with the date on which they first pick up signals from our planet. Indeed, in letter D57-1 they say:

 

(D57-1) Two years (TERRESTRIAL YEARS) before 28 March 1950, our XANMOOAIUVA Centre of the region UIIOGAA IXIOGAA picked up a very low-level radio emission on a frequency of 413.43877 Megacycles per second coming from the Galactic Star Group coded by us as . This is one of the automatic Centres of our Planet in charge of Exploring Signals coming from our Galaxy. Signals which may be of an Electromagnetic or Luminous Nature, as well as trains of Gravitational waves (Practically unknown to you as regards the techniques of Generation and emission, but widely used by other Civilizations apart from UMMO)

 

It is surprising that in the same year (1948) in which the Ummans receive the "news of our existence", the "brothers" of DOOKAAIA allow them to visit the Earth and invite them to "take part in a phase of minor interference", as we will see later. It seems a great coincidence that the train of electromagnetic waves emitted from a ship off Newfoundland and the decision that it is necessary to intervene on Earth because terrestrial authorities had had unquestionable proof of the existence of extraterrestrial intelligent life should coincide exactly in time, in the terrestrial year 1948. However, this cannot be ruled out. Later, when we analyse in more detail the information on why the "brothers who regularly watch our planet" decide that a significant event has occurred, we will see that it is not at all clear what kind of incident it was, nor when it took place, that gave rise to the decision to intervene discreetly. Returning to the subject of the coincidence of dates between the arrival of the radio signal from Earth at UMMO and the permission to visit us, let us read the paragraph that follows.

 

(NR13) However, there had recently been infringements of this prohibition committed by other visitors coming from a solar system unknown to us. These OEMMI of small stature had rudimentary but unconventional technologies, which surprised the brothers who habitually watch your planet. The latter did not have time to get in touch with them to dissuade them from interacting. Your governments thus accidentally learned of the presence of these visitors and of their technology, advanced from your point of view. This situation, not desired by us, required a break in the strict policy of non-interference that was in force for your planet.

 

We see that indeed around the same date on which those of UMMO detect the signals emitted by the Norwegian ship (4 to 8 February 1934 + 14.4 years = June 1948), certain events take place on Earth involving some OEMMI of small stature and rudimentary but unconventional technology (further on we will see what implications this "unconventional" has). The Ummans simply tell us that the brothers who permanently watch our planet did not have time to get in touch with them and dissuade them from interacting with us. They then add that our governments thus "accidentally" learned of the presence of these visitors and of their technology. What does all this mean? First of all I want to point out that the word "accidentally" is ambiguous in this context. One sense it has in Spanish is "by accident", and this in turn refers us to two different meanings of "accident": (1) Accident in the sense it has, for example, as a collision of vehicles, and (2) Accident in the sense of "unforeseen", "not planned". Interpretation (1) is the one that has given rise to the presumption that the Ummans are speaking of the supposed UFO accident at Roswell in July 1947. That date certainly fits very well with the earlier account in NR13 and with the permission given to the Ummans to visit our planet in 1948. However, if we do not accept the Roswell incident as an unquestionable datum, the previous paragraph of NR13 can also be interpreted in another way. In this second interpretation some short-statured OEMMI would have come to Earth before 1948 (the date of the permission to UMMO) and, to the surprise of the "brothers who watch", would have set about interacting brazenly with humans. This interaction may have been directed indiscriminately at private persons, or directly at some government(s) of Earth, presenting themselves solemnly before them and offering some kind of relationship and technological help. In these two cases, whether through an avalanche of testimonies or through a manifest contact, and in accordance with sense (2) of "accident", our governments would have learned "accidentally" (unexpectedly, through fortuitous circumstances) of the existence of extraterrestrial intelligent life and of a technology very advanced from our point of view. In this second interpretation the date of contact would not have to be restricted to 1947, and therefore the temporal coincidence and would not be so drastic. In any case it must be borne in mind that they say "(NR13) there had recently been infringements of this prohibition". Recently is a temporal adverb that is not very precise, all the less so in a "galactic" context in which the Ummans themselves tell us that they have had access to long-distance travel since a relatively recent period, and we have been able to see that they were referring to a past 1250 terrestrial years ago. In short, from the context (and with a large dose of speculation), I would say that the interaction of the short-statured OEMMI with humans may have taken place between the years 1943 and 1948. For this I rely on the following text of letter D1378:

 

(D1378) By then we had discovered that thousands of OEMMII were keenly interested in the so-called UFO phenomenology. The especially favourable conditions of spatial folding in those years, which extended from 1943 to 1978, had allowed access to the planetary system of your Sun not only to us but to other galactic civilizations.

 

We cannot therefore speak of simultaneity in these two events. Apparently, however, the "brothers who watch" had not previously given those of UMMO permission to study our system, of which, moreover, "(NR13) We did not even know that you existed", a statement which, on the other hand, coincides with the one they make in letter D57-1:

 

(D57-1) Until then (28 March 1950) no attention had been paid to your SUN.

 

This was because the slightest signal of gravitational or electromagnetic waves had never been received from that point, so that our specialists presumed this Planetary group to be uninhabitable.

 

Apparently, once the Ummans learn of our existence, the "more evolved brothers", who by then are considering how to channel the future making of contact with our planet, already inevitable owing to the fact that some of our governments already know without any doubt of the existence of extraterrestrial intelligent life, those "brothers", I repeat, decide to integrate those of UMMO into their plan of progressive contact, probably bearing in mind that (1) Morphologically they are very similar to us and (2) Their evolutionary advance over ours, although very great, is close enough on a cosmic scale to generate fewer problems of cultural transfer and devastation.

 

Before continuing with the analysis of NR13, I am going to try to specify a little more who those short-statured OEMMI might have been who led some of our governments to learn of their existence, as well as the dates on which this knowledge may have come about. In letter D1378 (Plan of Intervention to save the Earth) it says:

 

(D1378) Our OAUOOLEEA came from various Stars endowed with advanced Civilizations. We did not know one another, except in a few cases, and we followed the rule of not interfering with our respective missions. Only three galactic civilizations decided to leave permanent expeditions on various continents. A fourth, coming from a Star situated 96 light years from Earth, whose name you could formalize as GOHO, visited you more times than all the others put together, including us OEMMII of UMMO.

 

The anatomical morphology of these intelligent OEMMII beings betrayed them. Of small stature, with very atrophied arms and a large cranial cavity that gives them a large head, they were prevented from mingling with the humans of OYAGAA. From 1948 (December) (Before our first expedition to Earth) they came to your Star and settled in small underwater bases: They were especially interested in the study of the biomass of Earth, and especially the biology of its OEMMII, and they intercepted several YIIE and GEE (men and women) to analyse their bodies without injuring them. When after some years they had satisfied their curiosity, they emigrated. In spite of everything, they let themselves be seen in their rapid interventions much more than other expeditions.

 

This text says that these OEMMI of small stature (which coincides with NR13) visited us more times than all the other visitors put together, that they used many men and women for their experiments and that they let themselves be seen by us very often. All this can very well be summed up in the sentence of NR13: "These OEMMI of small stature had rudimentary but unconventional technologies......./........ to dissuade them from interacting. Your governments thus accidentally learned of the presence of these visitors and of their technology, advanced from your point of view". If the Ummans mean that these OEMMI came to Earth without taking any precaution not to be seen, and that they used human beings as guinea pigs without any scruple, there is no doubt that this may have caused (and in fact did cause) an awareness in our societies of the possibility of extraterrestrial intelligent life. It may be that this awareness of intelligent life outside (although heavily surrounded by magical conceptions and very little accepted scientifically) came about at an inappropriate moment in our history (before it should have), and that, moreover, the behaviour of these OEMMI left in the collective unconscious a sense of threat, of disregard for ethical norms, and in short the idea that extraterrestrial races could be aggressive and/or did not care about our integrity and dignity; it may be, I repeat, that these two circumstances led "the brothers who watch" to intervene in order to (1) Gradually dose an already inevitable making of contact and (2) establish the conviction that ETs (in general) are not our enemies and do not despise us. It is also possible that by those dates (the atomic bombs had already been dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki), the people of DOOKAAIA and company had analysed a rather apocalyptic outlook for our race, which advised a plan of action in case we were to commit suicide in the future with a nuclear war. In that case, who better to carry out that mission than a race morphologically very similar to ours, with a psychology (relatively) close to ours, of good conduct and high ethical values? It would not then be strange that they should have been invited to take part in the phase of minor interference. But do we have more data on these short-statured visitors? Let us look in Saliano's text, where a list is given of races that visit us, for some that are described as short:

 

(UCOT7 (E33) - SALIANO) From a planetary body that its inhabitants call (ZOEN) (this is the acoustic expression closest to Castilian), situated in a planetary system of the star catalogued by you as "Beta-Hydra male", 21.35 light years from you, and whose inhabitants are of very small stature: Height with a statistical median of 42.17 cm, they have been watching the terrestrial atmosphere since the year 1721 (A.D.) without descending.

From a star with a very complex orbital system of planets, situated 44.37 light years away, come crews who have been observing you since the year 1906 A.D., frequently descending to carry out their experiments and studies. Their inhabitants are of very short stature, megacephalic, with greyish skin (not greenish, as some witnesses identified them) and of a high cultural level. They are intelligent and are governed by ethical rules of high content. They call their planet by a modulated sound that is difficult to express in letters.

 

We see that Saliano tells us of two races from planets situated 21.35 LY and 44.37 LY away respectively, which in turn came to the Earth in 1721 and 1906 of our era. Although in both cases Saliano mentions their small stature, these dates and distances do not coincide with those given by letter D1378, which speaks of arrival in 1948 and a distance of their planet (GOHO) of 96 LY. However, it is curious to note that in Saliano's text, for the second of the two races mentioned, it is said that "they frequently descend to carry out their experiments and studies", and later it adds "greyish skin (and not greenish, as some witnesses have identified it)". This is confusing. Indeed, from the Ummite text it seems to follow that the extraterrestrials to whom they refer are those who have given rise to a large number of sightings and dozens of accounts of abductions (the best known being that of the couple Betty and Barney Hill in 1961), whereas Saliano's text speaks of the greenish little men (nowadays called the greys) sighted by many witnesses. The question would be: are these two races of little men with a similar fondness for treating us en masse as guinea pigs, or is there only one race but some deception in one of the two texts? Let us now read a series of selected paragraphs from letter D53, devoted by the Ummans to Saliano (although I advise reading the complete text -at the end of this analysis-)

 

(D53) When we established contact with you, a single motive led us to do so. We discovered that in your allusions to that mysterious being you call Saliano you referred to some words uttered by him, behind which a rapid analysis revealed a coded message, known to all of us who have reached a technological level capable of allowing us to travel beyond the limits imposed within the phenomena and physical laws of a framework of three-dimensional space.

Our present conclusions can be summarized for you as follows. (After analysing various proofs, some of which you are unaware of).

 

In the year 1946 there arrive on Earth beings coming from the OOYAA (PLANET) which in the terres­trial year 1966 we coded as OOYAAUYIEE WEE (as a curiosity I want to observe that if we translate OOYAAUYIE according to what we know, it will mean "Planet of the young girl" or "Planet of the "little girl", since UUYIEE = little girl or young girl), situated in the physical three-dimensional framework accessible by direct route, 96.885 light years from the EARTH and 107.4443 light years (terrestrial unit) from our UMMO.

 

That we have never received from that planet a message by means of electromagnetic or gravitational vibrations.

 

That the aim of the very few individuals who are on this planet (Between 13 and 9 OEMII) is to carry out exclusively psychic and parapsychic experiments with terrestrial OEMII, without wishing access to other branches of the terrestrial cultural complex.

 

That their technological level is lower than ours and very much higher than the terrestrial one. But that the field of psychology is much more advanced than ours and they attach great importance to artistic manifestations accessible by the acoustic route (music and speech) and the gustatory route.

 

That they have a very peculiar Philosophy, monotheistic like ours, but a moral code that is not universal, according to which it is valid only for the OEMII who dwell on their planet. They consider it ethical and permissible to carry out all kinds of experiments on beings foreign to their star.

 

That such a Morality would make them very dangerous for you and for other Planets visited, were it not that their present objective seems to be to create in the OEMII investigated some UIIORAA EUUNNA (an abnormal psychic framework, foreign to familiar experiences) in order to observe the reactions of the subjects submitted to such an experience and so learn about their psychism. This technique is known to us, but only to a very rudimentary degree.

 

I copy again below the paragraphs of letters D1378 and NR13 in order to establish the correlations.

 

(D1378) A fourth, coming from a Star situated 96 light years from Earth, whose name you could formalize as GOHO, visited you more times than all the others put together, including us OEMMII of UMMO.

I believe that, in view of these coincidences, two options present themselves:

 

1- There were two races of ETs that acted improperly. One of them, referred to in letters D1378 and NR13, would be that of some beings of small stature with greyish skin, who came to Earth in 1946, abducted many terrestrials to study them without injuring them and then left. Besides this race, a second one, arriving in 1948, interacted with humans in order to carry out psychic experiments. The latter would be the SALIANO. Both planets would be some 96 LY from Earth

 

2- The little "greys" and the SALIANO are the same race, coming from a planet situated 96 LY away.

 

Let us review and group the coincidences between these three letters, D53, D1378 and NR13:

• D1378 and NR13: OEMMI of small stature.
• D53 and D1378: Planet situated 96 LY away (96.885 LY in D53)
• D53, D1378 and NR13: Interaction with humans - interception of YIEE and GEE to analyse them without injuring them - performance of psychic and parapsychic experiments on terrestrial OEMMI.
• D53 and NR13: Rudimentary technologies.../... but advanced from our point of view - technology inferior to the Ummite one but far superior to ours.
• D53 and D1378: Year of arrival 1946 -1948 (Here there is no coincidence, although the dates are close enough. Could it be that the first date was later made more precise?)
• In general, all three letters indicate clearly that these OEMMI did not act properly.

 

(NR13) A phase of minor interference was then established and we were invited to take part. We began first with scientific, biological and sociological investigations of your planet and of the humans who inhabit it. It was with great emotion that we were able to verify that your nature was that of brothers, on realizing the extraordinary physiological similarities that exist between our two races, as we had already observed, though to a lesser degree, with the other brothers with whom we have made contact in the course of our history.

 

Here there appears again, but more flagrantly, the contradiction that they call us brothers, something that had never happened in the old letters. I find no convincing explanation. I can only point to the possibility that in this new series of letters (assuming their authenticity) a small turn is revealed in their strategy of progressive making of contact, letting their correspondents glimpse a greater psychological closeness than in the earlier phase of the old letters.

 

(NR13) As you will suppose, there is a tacit pact of non-interference between the different travelling OEMMII who visit other stars inhabited by forms of life more evolved than simple multicellular organisms. It is a simple rule of common sense, which consists in not influencing the development of a planet if this influence is not necessary or explicitly desired by the race of OEMMII that people it.

 

This statement that there is a tacit agreement of non-intervention on planets that have not yet reached maturity (social, psychological and technological) is a recurring theme in many of the old letters, although here they add that it is a rule of common sense. I agree that only a race of incompetents would think of damaging, by their mere appearance and interaction, a specific and unique cultural development such as must belong to each planet. They also say that this ostracism can be broken by the planetary race itself which, once aware of certain laws of the universe and once that society has globally accepted the probable existence of other intelligent races, sends out sufficiently clear signals that it wants to be contacted. This is how NR13 tells us that those of UMMO achieved contact with the DOOKAAIA.

 

(NR13) The only common-sense sanction we would apply to OEMMII who violated this tacit agreement would be a total refusal of cooperation with them and the implementation of specific means, possibly coercive, intended to counter their actions. A destructive punitive sanction against those visiting OEMMII would not be decreed, except in the case of a manifest will to do harm, which as far as we know has not strictly occurred on Earth. In that case the group of OEMMII closest at hand to intervene would be free to do so, on condition of being able to justify this act of legitimate assistance before the other OEMMII brothers of the galaxy.

 

There is no support for these statements in any earlier letter, although on the other hand they seem to fit very well with all the earlier data we know. The statement that we should not regard that of the Saliano (if they are the ones referred to) as a "manifest will to do harm" deserves to be borne in mind. This agrees quite well with the tone of the last conversations held by Saliano with Alicia Araujo, in which a notable change in Saliano's tone and attitude can be seen (I advise rereading these notes of Alicia Araujo, as well as a letter addressed to her, coded as UCOT1 and UCOT2 on the ummo-ciencias site). I pick out a few paragraphs:

 

(UCOT1 - E35)

We have lost the battle, it has been horrible, it has been apocalyptic. .../...

 

I said to him: What battle has it been? And he answered: do not imagine a battle like those on Earth. It has been cosmic. .../... We could interpret this as meaning that "the brothers who watch" had seriously warned them about their attitude.

 

That "we have been defeated"; when I asked him by whom, he said "by the cosmic enemy"..... Here they seem to admit a defeat, and this can be noticed in a drastic change of attitude and an awareness of their responsibility, as we can see below.

- He insisted on the danger run by those of us who come close to him. He said that he had to follow his line, and that he was like the cyclone that uprooted trees and sowed destruction, not because he wished to do harm, nor because he was sadistic, but because that was how he was. He gave me an example and said "if when walking you unconsciously crush an ant, it is not because you are sadistic, but you cause the death of an innocent being"; the same can happen if we come close to him. He said that perhaps in the science of UMMO, or even in terrestrial science itself, we would find help. I told him that the beings of UMMO did not seem to wish to have many relations with us and he told me "it is because they are frightened": they fear the reaction of terrestrials; he said they were very similar to us, although much, much more intelligent and with a much more perfect society. They realized that they could harm us and hence their silence

- We also spoke of the danger he represented for those of us who came close to him. He said that he was not a unit but multiple, and that to understand it better I should think of him as having two distinct aspects. When he spoke to us in binary logic, as in the case of this telephone call, he was not dangerous. He was when he used cosmosymbology. He gave me several examples. He said, "Imagine a sheet of thin paper, do you see it?" When I answered yes he said, "Now imagine a sphere outside the paper, casting a shadow, do you see it?" When I answered in the affirmative he said "the shadow is not dangerous for the paper, but what would happen if the sphere tried to enter the paper?" I answered that it would tear.

- He is like that great energy that can kill, but not out of sadism, nor because it wishes to, but by its own nature.

And when I told him that those of UMMO had also warned us of this danger, he also said emphatically "AND THEY HAVE DONE WELL!"

 

He also referred to the suffering of terrestrials and said that the guilty people were those who appeared on our TV screens, and alluded to them by calling them "CRIMINALS" (I am sorry not to remember his words exactly, but they were something like this) "The man who promotes wars to fill his coffers is a born criminal" (The man who prevents spiritual dialogue between men is a born criminal. It is easy to see the political leaders among the born criminals)

 

There are other paragraphs in these notes of Alicia Araujo in which Saliano, abandoning his "symbolic" language, draws a rather pessimistic picture of the Earth, but one that coincides with that of the Ummans.

 

(NR13) We know how to recognize the signature of the different OUEWA that visit our galaxy, provided we have been in previous contact with that same model. It would surprise you to know that we know a restricted number of OEMMII among those who have visited your planet since our arrival. The technologies of approximately 10% of those OEMMII were totally exotic compared with ours, their technological developments having taken other paths to achieve galactic travel, or having evolved beyond our understanding.

 

In the text in which Saliano presents us with a list of the races that visit us, something similar is said, although the proportion of exotic technologies is somewhat different:

 

(UCOT7 - E33 - SALIANO) The spaceships (I use verbal terms of Earth) have very different structural characteristics, as is easy to suppose, depending on the civilization that planned, designed and built them. But the propulsion system of almost 80% of them is identical. Their technology is such that it allows them to cover distances, paradoxical as it may seem, in less time than a photon would take to travel, without this meaning that the moving body develops a speed greater than the limit of the energy quantum.

 

Around 22% of the other galactic civilizations use different means and ships with another superstructure and a radically different means of translation.

 

(NR13) There is thus a race of OEMMII whose technology is beyond our comprehension and which seems to watch over the different planets, probing the OUEWA that make incursions into them. We can state that some OUEWA have been deliberately dematerialized in the very heart of their atmosphere by what we have interpreted as an OAWOLEIIDAA induced exogenously in those ships, and, we suppose, by those OEMMII of advanced technology.

 

A sample of this feeling of technological inferiority is given in one of the letters devoted to the detailed description of their OAWOOLEA UUEWA OEM, received by Enrique Villagrasa. Specifically, in the letter coded in Darnaude's catalogue as D69-5:

FINAL COMMENT

It has always surprised me, when reading the UMMO letters (and in this sense this letter is no exception), that the different peoples of our galaxy seem to relate to one another at a very basic level, and even to begin their contacts with great mistrust. It is conceivable that this is because, along the road of evolution, and once the trauma of "adolescence" has been overcome and a planetary civilization with access to intragalactic travel has been reached, the differences in degree of evolution from one planet to another are still very great. In that case the civilization of higher degree would have to screen and ration its superior knowledge so as not to condition and sterilize the evolutionary line of the less evolved planet. Even on an intraplanetary scale, we have precedents of what happens when a more advanced civilization comes into contact with a more primitive one. If we consider, for example, the pre-Columbian civilizations of America, what remains of them? What would have happened if the American continent had remained without contact with the rest of the world for 10 or 15 more centuries? We obviously cannot answer this question rigorously, but we can speculate. What would their architecture have been like? Nobody can say, but peoples with such a close relationship with nature would perhaps have developed marvellous architectural forms respectful of, and integrated with, nature. What would their medicine have been like? Possibly they would have come to develop a scientific medicine, but what would its hallmarks have been? What its strategy? Perhaps it would have been more prophylactic, perhaps it would have laid more emphasis on leading a healthy and upright life. Who knows. What would their mathematics, their music, their philosophy, their gastronomy, their sense of humour, their philosophy, their art in general have been like? And in 100 centuries, what kind of civilization would it come to be? I believe that only a fool would deprive himself, and deprive the universe as a whole, of the new and surely surprising and marvellous contributions that a different society could come to make. That is why it does not surprise me that higher civilizations treat new civilizations with respect and distance (and surely with affection), and try by every means to remain hidden from the eyes of the inhabitants of less evolved planets. It is childish to think that we might have riches and possessions that these more advanced civilizations might want to take from us (apart from our original cultural wealth, which they could precisely only enjoy if they do not destroy it by revealing their presence to us). Although this attitude would partly explain why ETs seem to be very reluctant to get in touch with one another, it would not explain it entirely. Indeed, if we reread all these texts that I have gathered here under the umbrella of letter NR13, there remains a very strong feeling that the Ummans are wary of other peoples, that other peoples distrust the Ummans and that in general something slightly dangerous floats in interplanetary relations, or at least that not all ETs are as angelic as one might naively suspect in the light of how a civilization such as the Ummite one has evolved. Perhaps by turning to the Saliano case we may shed some light on this. Perhaps the danger of races relating to one another lies not so much in something physical, that is, in one race trying to subjugate others socio-economically (Star Wars style), but in deep psychological differences between them (something similar to what happens between individuals, and which makes us have a diffuse feeling of distrust towards strangers in our lives).

Year 27 / 32465.5616 The first coded messages from the SYSTEM OOYAUMME are picked up (a star we have not identified in the Astronomical Tables of EARTH).

 

Year 29 / 36008.53 Recording of undecipherable messages coming from the group UUYABOO WEAM, Nebula NEAAA.

 

Year 64 / 87.3 Arrival of two craft similar to our OAWOLEA UEWA. They disappear without trace. Previously, and without official record, the URAA (UNOFFICIAL CHRONICLES) recorded up to approximately 4230 contacts of this kind.

 

BETWEEN YEARS 84 and 509: 42 messages received and decoded, 103 undecipherable messages.

 

Of these 145 codigrams, all received radioelectrically (322-329 Megacycles/sec. -DEUTERIUM BAND- and Frequencies between 407.658 and 8306.63 Mc/s), coming from 27 located planetary systems or clusters. Two (decoded) extragalactic messages. One coming from the Galaxy OREEAU (called ANDROMEDA by you); there is no certainty as to the origin of the second contact.

 

The first real contact by means of our OAWOOLEA OEMM (SPACESHIPS) we established with the Planet IEYIO­BAA (the phonetic name of its inhabitants sounds approximately like this: FRRRANSSSS). This group is located around the Star OOYAUNMEEEI (In the terrestrial tables it appears under the name 70 Ophiuchi).

 

The second (year 501 / 978.56 with the PLANET OOYA­WIIA and its inhabitants, who killed its six crew members). The Planets visited, without life or with primary biological forms, number 218.

 

All our attempts at telepathic communication have proved fruitless with respect to other humans, including you. The distances, moreover very great (BY LIGHT), which condition electromagnetic (radio) communications make the attempts to answer the messages received and happily interpreted almost fruitless, since some took 38607.46 years to be received (Within our own Galaxy). This is the extraordinary case of the Planet OOYAEBEEM, situated in the System UYIABEE. The fortunate ISODYNAMIC conditions of space in the year 487 / 84465.2 made it possible to visit it, the ship taking 40078427.56 thousandths of a , when light takes some 9165 years to arrive.

 

Our technicians could only pick up the traces of an immense destruction located some 6000 (terrestrial) years earlier.

 

Well then: later we recorded two coded messages coming from that same Planet, which were emitted when its Humanity had not yet destroyed itself with its terrible Plasma weapons.

(D53) When we established contact with you, a single motive led us to do so. We discovered that in your allusions to that mysterious being you call Saliano you referred to some words uttered by him, behind which a rapid analysis revealed a coded message, known to all of us who have reached a technological level capable of allowing us to travel beyond the limits imposed within the phenomena and physical laws of a framework of three-dimensional space.

 

This surprised and violently shook us. You were an unknown person in the field of terrestrial science and thought, a humble writer, though brave and with independent criteria, within a country internationally regarded as one of the most backward in Europe and ruled by a government of immobilist dictatorial structure linked to Nazi-fascist totalitarian experiences; that is, suffering the pressures that prevent all technological, scientific and ideological development, since all the great intellectuals of the country are in exile or, like García Lorca, died at the hands of the oligarchs.

 

This internal situation of the beautiful country of Spain was not unknown to us, which is why our early contacts left it aside since, although you are not fully aware of it, the intellectual and scientific level of that Nation lies far behind others with less population and fewer means, but with more balanced socio-political structures.

 

That a Spaniard should have contacts of this nature was therefore surprising to us, since we expected that other possible visitors to the Earth, on establishing relations with its inhabitants, would do so as we did, with personalities of Nations more advanced in the Social and Scientific field.

 

Not that such contacts were unthinkable, but their probability showed a very low index.

 

Could another explanation be found? Of course various hypotheses were considered. Such words, uttered or written by "SALIANO" and containing the latent content of the message, did not in reality embody such intentionality. The message, although long, could be the fruit of chance. This hypothesis, however, has always been difficult to accept, since the calculation of probabilities shows how little viable such an emergence is.

 

It might be expected that you knew such a message and tried to mask it with a linguistic garb decipherable only by a specialist in cryptography, who could be none other than an extraterrestrial.

 

All this led us to you. That is why we submitted you to a series of long tests, interception of conversations and surveillance of your movements. We soon became convinced that the second hypothesis was to be rejected. The first remained standing, along with eight others which, lacking great importance, we omit.

 

But an important factor totally obscured the identity of the mysterious beings that you personified with the name SALIANO. We of course rejected that in this case, as has happened with the others, it was a simple prankster. Not precisely because of the portentous experiences you have witnessed, since these are not accessible to us and could be: Either your invention, or the product of a psychopathological syndrome, Or the consequence of hallucinations, a paramnesic effect or a simple joke organized by your relatives with the help of resources offered by conjuring and illusionism.

 

We repeat that the account of such surprising phenomena of a metapsychic or parapsychological or transcendent character was received by us with the most prudent reserve and distrust. Since we neither possessed proofs of them, nor did the way of recounting them in your writings give us grounds to accept their suitability.

 

But the message was there, enclosed in the sequence of some apparently futile words of the Spanish language, or as if, apart from that message, they enclosed another symbolism which we neither wish nor are interested to unravel.

 

But what -we repeat- overshadowed that experience of yours was precisely the sequel of accounts and statements that accompanied it.

 

The information concerning other Planets already seemed inadmissible to us then. A verification study leads us to state to you now that such Stars DO NOT EXIST IN OUR COSMOS, not even in a similar structure. On the other hand, the sequel of aberrations and contradictory statements is so evident that we ourselves are astonished that you, who possess an intelligence above the terrestrial standard, should ever have come to grant them credit as regards their manifest content.

 

We were telling you that we do not judge it opportune for now to expand further on the course our investigations took, which started from two apparently irreconcilable facts. The REAL coded message and the range of apparent absurdities whose manifest content was to be rejected and whose possible latent or symbolic content had to be treated with exquisite care.

 

Our present conclusions can be summarized for you as follows. (After analysing various proofs, some of which you are unaware of).

 

In the year 1946 there arrive on Earth beings coming from the OOYAA (PLANET) which in the terres­trial year 1966 we coded as OOYAAUYIEE WEE, situated in the physical three-dimensional framework accessible by direct route, 96.885 light years from the EARTH and 107.4443 light years (terrestrial unit) from our UMMO.

 

That we have never received from that planet a message by means of electromagnetic or gravitational vibrations.

 

That the aim of the very few individuals who are on this planet (Between 13 and 9 OEMII) is to carry out exclusively psychic and parapsychic experiments with terrestrial OEMII, without wishing access to other branches of the terrestrial cultural complex.

 

That their technological level is lower than ours and very much higher than the terrestrial one. But that the field of psychology is much more advanced than ours and they attach great importance to artistic manifestations accessible by the acoustic route (music and speech) and the gustatory route.

 

That they have a very peculiar Philosophy, monotheistic like ours, but a moral code that is not universal, according to which it is valid only for the OEMII who dwell on their planet. They consider it ethical and permissible to carry out all kinds of experiments on beings foreign to their star.

 

That such a Morality would make them very dangerous for you and for other Planets visited, were it not that their present objective seems to be to create in the OEMII investigated some UIIORAA EUUNNA (an abnormal psychic framework, foreign to familiar experiences) in order to observe the reactions of the subjects submitted to such an experience and so learn about their psychism. This technique is known to us, but only to a very rudimentary degree.

 

That thanks to you, D. FERNANDO SESMA MANZANO, we have been able to establish contact with one of these beings, resident at the date of our only two interviews (December 1966) in MADRID, SPAIN.

 

In them they showed themselves:

 

Eager to rid themselves of any future contact or collaboration with our brothers of UMMO.

 

They confessed to having a direct relationship with the experience "SALIANO", lived according to them by several men of the EARTH.

 

Their identity as extraterrestrials is beyond doubt, but the attitude adopted by the only OEMII we mention to you, in the sense of trying to wrap us up within their experimental techniques in order to turn us too into mere guinea pigs, did not succeed.

 

We made a formal commitment not to interfere with each other in the study experiments we carry out, even though their way of acting towards terrestrials seems immoral to us. We fulfil this commitment without any guarantee that they will be faithful to it.

 

All this, as you see, requires on our part an attitude of extraordinary reserve, for although such OEMII exist and their origin has been verified independently of their oral testimony, to what extent have they told us the truth in their other statements?

 

We know that such UUIORAA EUNNA experiments are really carried out, and we judge them immoral as they are conducted, but since we understand that they do not cause serious disturbances and that they are, after all, free to reach scientific truth by their own methods, we prefer not to interfere.

Our relations with a few civilizations settled on other OYAA (non-hot STARS) date from quite a long time ago. The biological structuring of such inhabited Planets follows the same laws that you, the terrestrials, and we know. The range of living species and subspecies is of considerable richness on them, without great similarities being appreciable in the "phyla" of each ecological environment; on the contrary, the respective phylogenetic schemes present, within their phyletic multiplicity, profound bioconfigurative differences even with the most similar beings of another planetary environment.

 

This is not the case, however, either with the least developed organisms (oligocellular and monocellular) or with the most evolved (Anthropoforms), that is, with the extremes of the biological scale. Thus we have verified the existence on UMMO of species of cyanophytes and certain flagellates perfectly well known to the biologists of EARTH.

The similarity of the anthropomorphic beings is also evident, if we set aside small discrepancies with respect to epidermal pigmentation, atrophy of certain dysfunctional organs, different degree of muscular, metabolic and above all neurocortical development. The development of the epidermis also constitutes a progressive sign. Nerve receptors integrated in it usually undergo profound changes that enable them to become sensitive to other spheres of physical stimuli, or, within them, to shift in the spectrum towards frequencies until then inaccessible.

 

On arriving on this Planet around the terrestrial year 1950 (the circumstances of our arrival on EARTH were interesting and I will narrate them to you some day as a complement to the Report you received on our access to the Country of Spain), and once we had assimilated language and customs so that we could mingle among the terrestrial OEMII, we learned through typographically printed publications of the observations made by occasional witnesses who had been able to observe space vehicles with a configuration similar to our UEWA OEMM.

 

Of course we knew that almost all those descriptions had nothing to do with our own Spaceships (We refer to the Decade between 1950 and 1960)

 

However, some things powerfully attracted our attention:

 

That on examining photoengravings inserted in the press and some specialized texts, our expeditionary brothers observed that some Ship profiles were technically IRRATIONAL, which could be interpreted in two ways: Either a naive fraud by those who, ignorant of the Technology of these UEWA, sought to astonish their ignorant terrestrial brothers, or that they came from Civilizations hitherto inaccessible, capable of developing their IntraGalactic Navigation on scientific-technical bases totally unknown to us.

That the controversy between "believers" and "sceptics" begun over the enigmatic existence of the "U.F.O.s" (Unidentified Objects) had to be considered by us objectively as favourable to the latter, for although, analysing the question scientifically from our perspective, reason was on the side of the adherents of the Hypothesis, a calm judgement with a scientific basis at the terrestrial level supports, up to the present, the moderate scepticism and natural distrust of the scientists and technicians of this Planet of yours

 

Indeed: Our own analyses revealed that the social mass of the EARTH, relying on the crystallization nucleus of a few true and verified testimonies, had launched itself into feverish speculation around the narratives of prankster OEMII, unscrupulous journalists, paranoid-mythomaniac patients, neurotics, and the naive or self-interested collaboration of brothers with scant cultural formation and a low level of critical spirit (as you call them) who, with their illusions of perception and even as victims of hallucinatory experiences, made the already thick and confused panorama even denser and darker.

 

Faced with this chaotic prospect, it is clear that the sensible and balanced OEMII of your Planet who at first approached the problem seriously and with orthodox methodology felt let down, not only on discovering the trickery of some cases (too many, no doubt) but on finding that with their limited means of control, detection and analysis, access to the probable real cases was little less than impossible.

 

We for our part unilaterally began our own investigations on EARTH. As drawbacks, we had neither easy access to the secret dossiers held by the bodies of the Government Administration of some Countries, nor could we reach the hypothetical witnesses on Earth without the risk of being unmasked or arousing serious suspicions. Moreover, we did not have enough brothers to devote to this task, since for us the fundamental objective that has guided us to this OYAA, that is, the Study of terrestrial Civilization, was much more important.

 

On the other hand, in our favour we had the absence of prejudices, which inhibits any serious attempt by terrestrials in the matter of these investigations, and above all we had technical means of prospection and analysis unknown to the Technology of your brothers.

 

Indeed, we were able to locate in the vicinity of this Star the presence of navigating structures evidently not built by terrestrial countries, and of course not by UMMO either.

 

They had not previously been identified in our memories (In reality the data we have coded in this respect are very scarce; however, on viewing a new UEWA (VEHICLE), the correspondence of its technical features with the analogous ones of other different ships of a given Civilization can serve our XANMOO AYUBAA as identification criteria. Expressed another way, if hypothetically we saw on another Planet a brand-new jet aircraft not registered by us, we would nevertheless identify it as coming from Planet Earth -even if it bore no markings- because our XANMOO would find in it technical features peculiar only to Planet EARTH) I was telling you that, on the contrary, such discoveries could not be identified as coming from a Known Social Network.

 

Those Ships nevertheless used -this was of course to be presumed- technological bases of space navigation similar to ours. We "felt" observed by them (I cannot clarify this point for you) and in no case did they respond to our identification codes.

Very recently, two episodes of another order have completed our preceding observations.

 

We believe with a certain degree of reliability that we have achieved personal contacts on the very crust of OYAGAA (EARTH) with OEMII coming from another OYAA who, in a way similar to our position, seem to have integrated themselves without arousing suspicion into the Terrestrial Social Network.

 

Such contacts have arisen in a climate of mutual distrust, so that those beings cannot be qualified as suitable members of another Social Network foreign to the Terrestrial one until the evidence provided is more convincing.

From shortly after our first arrival in France, we were able to learn that OYAGAA was experiencing a veritable inflation of visual detections of lenticular ships, which the common people called "flying saucers".

 

Leaving aside the high percentage of errors, fabrications, optical illusions and exaggerations of the news media, it was beyond doubt that, apart from us, you were being the object of prospection and study by other galactic civilizations of an identity unknown both to my brothers and to you. Later we confirmed this assertion, detecting some OAWOLEA UEWA in the surrounding space.

 

It was reasonable to think that their conduct might -in certain cases- be similar to ours, their OEMMI daring to descend and mingle among the men of EARTH if their anatomical structure, as in our case, did not present dangerous differential features.

 

Under that assumption, the only possibility of establishing contact with them rested on the hypothesis that the intermediary routes with the highest probabilistic level were:

 

The men of science and humanities of EARTH.

 

The religious hierarchies.

 

People interested in the UFO phenomenon.

 

Government departments.

 

The mathematical expectation of achieving some relationship through these means was extremely low, above all if we naively assumed that you would consciously agree to serve as a link. But we did not rule out the possibility that some kind of psychological subterfuge might allow us to use you as an unconscious and harmless link to interrelate with one another.

 

Two cases corroborated our intuition. In the United States of North America, the published account of a flying saucer landing showed my brothers stationed there some extremely valuable data which served to show us that we had not been mistaken. In spite of everything, when we tried to locate them they had evacuated the country.

 

The second discovery was made by my brothers stationed in Madrid at the end of 1965. A modest publication called Diez Minutos periodically included a section entitled "Hablan los extraterrestres" ("The extraterrestrials speak") signed by a Spaniard: Fernando Sesma.

 

The content of the writings seemed to us of scant intellectual interest, full of repetitions and riddled with aberrant ideas and esoteric and magical fantasies...

 

In the context there appeared from time to time curious "symbolic" messages which the author attributed to extraterrestrial communicants; analysis did not at first reveal to us anything that demonstrated such an origin.

 

But the astonishment of my brothers reached its limit when, on submitting one of them to our analysis unit, we discovered an unusual cryptocontent. It was not a complicated encryption system. Simply, the Spanish words with an even number of letters were assimilated to the digit zero and the odd ones to the digit one.

The probability that a version of that kind should be meaningful in a code known only to social networks of a high cultural and technical level tends to zero. It was practically impossible for the author of the articles to have devised that message. We can assure you that no man of EARTH in the present state could know such a meaning.

(D1378) By then we had discovered that thousands of OEMMII were keenly interested in the so-called UFO phenomenology. The especially favourable conditions of spatial folding in those years, which extended from 1943 to 1978, had allowed access to the planetary system of your Sun not only to us but to other galactic civilizations.

 

They were not many, and the contacts our ships had with the atmosphere of Earth and subsequent landings were reduced to a real number much smaller than that estimated by many specialists on EARTH. Our OAUOOLEEA came from various Stars endowed with advanced Civilizations. We did not know one another, except in a few cases, and we followed the rule of not interfering with our respective missions. Only three galactic civilizations decided to leave permanent expeditions on various continents. A fourth, coming from a Star situated 96 light years from Earth, whose name you could formalize as GOHO, visited you more times than all the others put together, including us OEMMII of UMMO.

 

The anatomical morphology of these intelligent OEMMII beings betrayed them. Of small stature, with very atrophied arms and a large cranial cavity that gives them a large head, they were prevented from mingling with the humans of OYAGAA. From 1948 (December) (Before our first expedition to Earth) they came to your Star and settled in small underwater bases: They were especially interested in the study of the biomass of Earth, and especially the biology of its OEMMII, and they intercepted several YIIE and GEE (men and women) to analyse their bodies without injuring them. When after some years they had satisfied their curiosity, they emigrated. In spite of everything, they let themselves be seen in their rapid interventions much more than other expeditions.

 

Two other planetary groups mingled with you easily thanks to the advantage that, like us, they had an anatomy not very different from that of the OEMII of OYAGAA. Their aims were identical to ours, but their strategy different.

 

They kept a strict silence, never making themselves known. Their ships were inevitably detected, like ours, and they established bases in the United States and the Soviet Union (the expedition members of one of them, Star ISSSSS, arrived in Angola in 1962, mingled among you around 1969 in the United States, the USSR and the Indian Union, and left OYAGAA in 1980. ISSSSS is situated 174 light years from OYAGAA. All of them shunned any kind of contact with us.

 

None of these civilizations caused you harm, following more or less different norms but coinciding in essentials with those derived from the Universal UAAA.

 

There was some exception. One expeditionary group sent agents to several countries of Asia and Europe. Two of them reached Spain before ABAEXII 4 son of ABAEXII 3 first set his body in contact with the Iberian Peninsula. Years later they connected, by means of their brain-control equipment, with a Japanese citizen resident in Madrid and then, through him, with another OEMMI called Fernando Sesma Manzano.

 

This civilization, very advanced in the study of the Brain Network and its function in the Multicosmos, saw a very interesting opportunity to use the humans of Earth as guinea pigs for their neuropsychological experiments.

We know that the controversy today among the scholars of your planet centres on whether their origin is terrestrial or from other points of the galaxy, or even extragalactic, as the most imaginative postulate.

 

We are going to offer you, in condensed form, some exact versions verified by me and mine concerning the planetary centres from which they come: you may accept it or not, since my statements are verbal, not accompanied by objective verifications of a technical character.

 

The spaceships (I use verbal terms of Earth) have very different structural characteristics, as is easy to suppose, depending on the civilization that planned, designed and built them. But the propulsion system of almost 80% of them is identical. Their technology is such that it allows them to cover distances, paradoxical as it may seem, in less time than a photon would take to travel, without this meaning that the moving body develops a speed greater than the limit of the energy quantum.

 

Around 22% of the other galactic civilizations use different means and ships with another superstructure and a radically different means of translation.

From a planetary body that its inhabitants call (ZOEN) (this is the acoustic expression closest to Castilian), situated in a planetary system of the star catalogued by you as "Beta-Hydra male", 21.35 light years from you, and whose inhabitants are of very small stature: Height with a statistical median of 42.17 cm, they have been watching the terrestrial atmosphere since the year 1721 (A.D.) without descending.

 

From a planet called (WVALA) by its inhabitants, situated at a star not catalogued by you, 27.88 light years away, they recently arrived on Earth and have descended for the first time in Chile; but their crew members descended only on limited occasions.

 

From a planet called (IOX), situated at the star (HR 7703 a), whose inhabitants are tall, very intelligent and with very strict moral norms, come ships that have been visiting the Earth periodically since the year 896 B.C.

 

From a planet called UMO, situated some 14 light years away, come peaceful crews who since 1950 have been visiting the Earth and, taking advantage of their anatomical constitution similar to yours, have mingled with terrestrials to study them.

From a planet classified by the astronomers of the star Earth as (70 Ophiuchi a) (70 Ophiucius a), situated 17.28 light years away, come unmanned observation ships which have been entering your atmosphere since the year 561 A.D. with great frequency.

 

From a star with a very complex orbital system, situated 44.37 light years away, come crews who have been observing you since the year 1906 A.D., frequently descending to carry out their experiments and studies. Their inhabitants are of very short stature, megacephalic, with greyish skin (not greenish, as some witnesses identified them) and of a high cultural level. They are intelligent and are governed by ethical rules of high content. They call their planet by a modulated sound that is difficult to express in letters.
