The Humanity of UMMO was going through the greatest crisis in our History.
Compared with the Earth, we are an old People, who began to measure time when the scattered social groups of the Planet joined together to unite under a monocratic Government. (See SECOND NOTE).
Over the years there followed one another OGIAA (GREAT CHIEFS) who imposed more or less dictatorial rules on the People of UMMO.
Some, such as IUI 12 son of IUI 11, who ruled from the year 4325 of the first Time until the year 4331, imposed genuinely despotic regimes.
But a calm seems to arise between the years 188 and 1301 of the second Time, once the laws enacted for the selection of the OGIAA severely restrict his powers of government.
But the famous AAR GOA (ABUSIVE VIOLATION OF POWER) of IE 456 daughter of NA 312 in the year 1301 begins the hallucinating crisis which we recall having described previously.
It is in this historical setting: in the year 1282/03 of the second Time, under the supreme Leadership of that good and fatherly old man OGIAA OES 17 son of OES 14, and in the then industrial and flourishing City (it would be better to translate Colony) of IOSAAXII, that the Divine UMMOWOA is born.

The Industrial Planning developed by IE 456 upon the death of OES 14, and after her rise to power, had reached every social sector. Millions of GEE and YIE (MEN AND WOMEN) were forcibly exiled from the Colonies where they had been born, to work as slave labourers or to be used in biological experiments.
UMMOWOA, among thousands, was also drafted as a slave labourer into the construction of the IUMMASNEII (“SOLAR” POWER PLANT -On UMMO we call IUMMA the Star that gives us heat and light-). (Consult the THIRD NOTE) located on the Plateau-Plain of SIUU.
Meanwhile a rumour, later confirmed, spreads all over our Planet. At the age of 29.2 (Earth) years IE 456 dies in circumstances still unknown, inside her EXAABII (A kind of Washroom), without any of the women intellectuals whom she forced to serve her as handmaids being with her.
The sigh of relief breathed by our martyred ancestors does not last long. The WOODOO (A KIND OF GREATLY FEARED POLICE) controls all communications. In a single night (the one following the death of IE 456) more than 170,000 people suspected of rebellion were murdered; a general uprising is feared, and not without reason, led by the celebrated astronomer YIIXE 87 son of YIIXE 86, at that time hiding in the volcanic region of IIWEEWEE.
Soon a second piece of news is confirmed, which was already being rumoured in the time of the late Tyrant. For the first time since the year zero of the first Time, the Supreme Chief of UMMO will not be elected by the AASE OGIAA (GOVERNORS). IE 456 makes her will prevail after her death.
WIE 1 daughter of OOWA 3 and of IE 456, the girl who was only about 12 Earth years old. The young girl who knew only how to bathe in essence of IWA (an AROMATIC PLANT of UMMO) and whose supreme amusement consisted in bursting the eardrums of her unfortunate handmaids by putting seeds of UGUUAXIIA (a certain SHRUB) into their ears when she flew into a rage, begins her dictatorship by ordering the breasts of her WUA (MATHEMATICS) teacher to be cauterized, and one of her mother's most loyal military chiefs to be castrated.
But to the great surprise of everyone, who suspected how little this girl cared for anything involving SCIENCE or PHILOSOPHY (on this point her mother's genetic legacy was nil), and perhaps out of a curious respect for the memory of her intelligent parent, she appoints a commission of experts and, coercing them with the threat of cruel reprisals, orders them to continue the grandiose and brutal Plan of Research that her mother had begun on a universal scale. It is very possible that her mother, sensing her death, exhorted her little daughter in this direction. The acoustic testament attributed to IE 456 that is still preserved in YOAAGAA is of course apocryphal. It is difficult to accept any other hypothesis, knowing the intellectual mediocrity of WIE 1 and her young age.
These events took place in the UMMO year 1368 of the second Time, but in those days UMMOWOA had already begun to spread his doctrine. At night, when the slave labourers returned from the OYISAA DOAA (A kind of camp), after being stripped and searched to prevent the theft of copper, that young man of gentle gaze and sturdy muscles spoke softly to the hundreds of men who listened to him in silence, chewing the long ribbons of EDIEEDI (A VERY SWEET FILAMENTOUS AQUATIC PLANT).
His listeners came not only from the humble and uneducated classes. There were technicians, doctors, biologists, Philosophers,...Teachers whom the despotic Regime had condemned, degrading them in their functions.
That man electrified all who listened to him with the purity of his logic, with the objectivity and humility of his words. The one thousand two hundred TAAU (PARAGRAPHS) that he has bequeathed to us have served to guide us spiritually to this day.
When his own guards, moved by the sublime doctrine, offer him preferential treatment despite the risk this involved for them, he gently refuses it. He calls himself WOA shaped into OEMII (BODY), and his power of persuasion is such that not one of the intellectuals who follow him (including several Psychologists of the time) can raise objections to this identification.
Some of his priceless Talks are preserved Today on old reels of DOROO (ACOUSTIC-OPTICAL TAPE) (SEE FOURTH NOTE).
Well then: the BIOEUNNIEO (PSYCHONEUROLOGISTS) of our days, after carefully analysing his “graphonemes”, the various data of his life, his TAAU... have established this Psychodiagnosis, which we summarize.
“The Personality of UMMOWOA does not reflect in any way the presence of the Delusional Ideas characteristic of the syndromes EDDIO WE (AN ILLNESS ANALOGOUS TO EARTHLY PARANOIA) and EDDIO NAAU (DISSOCIATION OF THE PERSONALITY with features similar to the SCHIZOPHRENIA of the Earth), or of certain psychopathological forms of EDDIO LAAIYAA (A mental illness of UMMO vaguely reminiscent of your cyclothymic affective Psychoses).
On the other hand, there is evidence of an extremely high level of intelligence across the whole BIEEGOO range (Series of factors making up mental capacity) and the presence, to an exceptional degree, of UUYI psychic factors characteristic of an extraordinarily balanced neurocortical structure. It is surprising, however, that UMMOWOA never used his developed telepathic faculties except at the moment of his death. On this point there are only speculations without the slightest scientific value”.
His exhortations spread clandestinely all over UMMO; Writings, DOROO (PHOTOACOUSTIC TAPES), oral commentaries faithfully passed on through the children, and above all telepathic transmissions to distant relatives and friends, despite the close police surveillance, reached the remotest corners of our Planet.
Everyone knew of the existence of UMMOWOA, but the belt of tacit silence surrounding him allowed his identity to remain unknown for several (UMMO) years.
But the entreaties of his closest disciples were of no avail. When UMMOWOA has completely fulfilled his mission of REVELATION, he announces to all his decision to give himself up to the authorities, who are searching for him in confusion.
On night 15 of the year 1402, and with the concealed complicity of the very police of the OYISAA DOA (a kind of CONCENTRATION CAMP), the Divine UMMOWOA flees from the plateau of SIUU so as not to compromise his closest followers, and presents himself to the WOODO (POLICE) group of the AASE GAARAADUI (The ruins of this metropolis are still preserved).
Thus begins his hallucinating martyrdom, whose testimony has been bequeathed to us by exceptional witnesses of the time and by the records, newscasts and official reports which have been analysed with a high critical spirit by our specialists.
Without this ruling out a future, more detailed report on the circumstances in which this Horrible drama unfolded, should you consider it of interest, we offer you a few facts about it, and then go on to give you a brief idea of his doctrines.
UMMOWOA having been included in the sadly famous GROUP (FIVE), made up of the persons selected to serve as victims for scientific experimentation, and with an express order from WIE 1 demanding that the technical procedure be found to subject him to the most painful death that the research physiologists could discover, the process of this martyrdom takes place in the year 1405. The sacred body of this Sublime Figure is subjected to a cycle of analyses that were of hardly any scientific interest, since the real objective in his case was to gratify the sadism of his persecutors. His epidermis and his spinal cord served for days to satisfy the desires of those poor sick people who did not know how to SEE.
The specialists who carried out this vivisection trial were dismayed when the body of UMMOWOA vanished before their very eyes at the moment of his death. On the YOAXAA (a kind of surgical table) there remained the GIAA DAII (sheets or porous cloths), but the excised viscera, the blood soaking the UBOO (plastic sponges), even the cerebrospinal fluid that was in a container outside the room, disappeared likewise.
Despite the efforts of the WOODO (political authority), the news leaked out immediately. The biologists were summoned by WIE 1 and delivered a detailed report in which they rule out any possibility of collective hallucination. The girl listened to the account with superstitious fear, but heeded the version offered by a commission of “scientists” who accused the eyewitnesses of being impostors. These were condemned to death.
The hypothesis of fraud cannot of course be upheld without distorting the historicity of those events.
An analytical critique carried out by our scientists in the year 338 of our Time sheds much light on the astonishing death of UMMOWOA. Seven eyewitnesses of the dematerialization, not including the UNNIEYUU (NEUROLOGIST) ROAA 75 daughter of ROAA 72, who at that moment had her back turned and who, on hearing UUYO 3 son of UUYO 7 fall to the floor (he suffered a severe nervous shock), was overwhelmed on verifying this disappearance and the horrified expression of her colleagues, corroborate the testimony of police officers and assistants who saw no body leave the chamber. Among the seven witnesses is the AGOO iee WOODO (INSPECTOR) Delegated by the Authority to verify personally that the orders of WIE 1 were carried out. This individual, who had been notorious for his cruelty, has left us an impressive version of the event.

We have selected a few paragraphs, which we call TAAU, from among the 1,200 that UMMOWOA bequeathed to us.
The transcription is very difficult, and we in no way manage to reflect the beauty of the poetic images contained in the original. They thus lose depth and vigour, although we judge that the essence of his doctrine remains intact. UMMOWOA speaks to the people of his time and yet uses an eternal language. Truly, and as we suggested to you in preceding paragraphs, the parallel with the Word of the OOYAGAAWOA (your JESUS CHRIST) is really impressive.

And just as BUAAWA (the SOUL) only creates IDEAS and governs our OEMII (body), HE creates IDEAS and GENERATES WAAM, including our OEMII, and his IMMENSITY and PARTICULARITY above all the beings of WAAM lies in GENERATING, and that is why you shall call him WOA (GENERATOR).
And never say: WOA WAS: or WOA WILL BE: Always say WOA IS.

Why does she cauterize the breasts of her handmaids and injure the most sensitive organs with acids? Why does she, at her whim, prevent us from performing the supreme conjugal act, only for the pleasure of seeing us rolling in the sand, trembling and stripped of dignity?
And the echo of your voices is lost in the distance among the volcanoes of flaming methane. Why? Why does WOA allow this evil?
But: do you not realize that evil is a mere illusion of your tormented mind, as colour is an illusion of your senses? Do you not see, behind this apparent evil, the hidden fulfilment of the harmonious laws of WOA?

Every organ of the OEMII, every tendency or instinct, has an organic function wisely governed by the laws dictated by him who animates me: WOA.
Do not alter those functions beyond their normal limits. Let the enjoyment of sight, of hearing, of taste, of smell, of touch, of the proprioceptive senses, of orgasm, never become an end, but rather the wisely controlled means that allows you to pass through your life with authentic inner peace. (In the original: UNNIEYAA AGAXAAU ODI, which can be translated “PSYCHIC BALANCE; or NEUROCORTICAL BALANCE”).

Why do you accuse your brother of doing EVIL consciously?
The acts of man are directed indiscriminately by two groups of motivations.
Many are truly conscious, animated by BUUAWAA (SOUL), and for these you are undoubtedly responsible before WOA.
But: how many behaviours have a subconscious background? How many are determined by blind nervous impulses? How many by defensive reactions of your organism to the hostile environment surrounding it?
Why then do you always accuse your brother, if perhaps his apparently iniquitous conduct has its source in the inviolable laws that govern the OEMII?
If you must defend yourself from your brother: if, to keep OEMII-BUAWWAA (BODY AND SPIRIT) united, you must injure him: do so as a last resort, after exhausting other coercive means, but without your mind being steeped in hatred.

You shall have no other supreme goal throughout your winding lives than to try to respect and LOVE other men.
If you do not achieve this, you may consider your fleeting passage through UMMO a failure.
If when your brother suffers your affection is not stirred.
If when your brother finds himself deprived of means you do not try to help him.
If you do not identify with his problems and do not try to understand him, do not expect WOA to consider your BUUAWAA shaped to the image that his OMNIPOTENCE has of it.
(It is difficult to translate the expression EBAYAA: we have chosen LOVE because it comes closest to the Earthly concept. For us, TO LOVE SEXUALLY has another word that distinguishes it from the former: it is XIIXIA. What you call PLATONIC LOVE has a third verb on UMMO).

If on the social ladder on which you have been given to live you are superior to your brother, and he is submissive to you, do not humiliate him by ordering him to strip before you so as to take mental delight in your power. Rather, observe the shine of his pleading eyes and, smiling, touch him on the chest so that he may feel comforted.

Only the formal Psychic and sexual union of a single GEE with a single YIE fulfils the psychobiological laws of your community. If you violate this principle by copulating with another GEE or another YIE who is not your “spouse”, you will break the harmony of your social development, and for the disturbances caused you will be responsible and the first to suffer them.

Why do you not strive to understand your children? Why do you insist on seeing in them a faithful genetic reflection of yourselves? Do you not perceive that within them they carry, glowing, the fighting seed of Evolution?
You want them to think as you do and to keep to customs that they consider outdated.
No: you will not be able to prevent the new generations from being better than yours -and this is the consequence of an evolutionary biological law- purer in their ideals, more sincere towards the truth they long for. But is it not a badge of glory for you who gave birth to them?
Be indulgent with the inexperience of your children, and do not judge them for that reason to be more mistaken than you.
Correct their murky inclinations and mould their tender spirits, but be attentive to the renewing ideas that come from their lips; study them with attention and do not make the mistake of aborting them as they emerge, lest you kill what is pure and fertile in them.

Why do you not try to penetrate into the most hidden recesses of their adult psychology? Do you not see that the sclerosis affecting their arteries also hardened their spirits, closing them to the life-giving currents of the new Dawn? But: are they to blame for such a process? Why do you humiliate and despise them as useless dead weight, forgetting that they gave you Being? Do you not see how, among the brushwood of their old-fashioned ideas, the rich legacy of their experience still shines, fruitful?

You raise your eyes, clouded with weeping, and clench your fists against your belly, scraping its fine skin with your nails.
You raise your eyes, powerless before misfortune, and look at your young mistress as she flogs your buttocks at her whim and tortures the bellies of your YIE (WOMEN) with her sharp needle of AOGAAU (IRIDIUM).
And you ask me, sighing (1): Is it lawful for us to crush her tyranny? And I answer you:
Yes; it is lawful for you to work cautiously to overthrow despotism, but without ever hating the despot, and forgiving, after his downfall, the blind and sick OEMII who embodies it.

You will never find peace in your OMGEEYIE (MARRIAGE) if, before warping your roof (2), before drying your vessels of GUU (CHROMIUM STEEL) and before cutting the umbilical cord of the delicate fruit of your womb, you have not studied deeply the Psychology of your spouse. If you do so with care, you will see what marvellous Flora hides in the leafy forest of his or her ideas.
You will see exotic plants growing in it that do not sprout in that of your own sex, and, knowing their differences better, you will learn to love their reactions and to understand them.
Why must you insist, You, GEE, or You, YIE, that the same flowers should germinate in such different soils?
(UMMOWOA continues this marvellous TAAU by drawing comparisons between exotic plants of UMMO and the psychological reactions of men and women, exhorting them to mutual spiritual communion. It is almost impossible to transcribe these poetic images, since the botanical species used as examples do not appear in the Earthly Flora.

Respect the ideas of the one you believe to be in Error. Only with the brilliance of your arguments, with the gentle tactics of peaceful persuasion and with patient waiting over time, since the intellect requires a long period for ideas to take hold, will you achieve victory.
If you do not convince: either your interlocutor lacks mental capacity, in which case your efforts are superfluous, or it is your reasoning that is aberrant.

334. PARALLELISM BETWEEN JESUS AND UMMOWOA.
You yourselves have been able to observe, on our setting out for you an extract of the UAA (LAW) of UMMOWOA, the extraordinary parallelism between JESUS OF GALILEE and our Divine Man.
One cannot suggest a possible telepathic transmission, or the reception by Christ of any other information, inasmuch as both events took place when we were not yet able to travel to the Planet Earth.
A careful critical analysis is enough to observe that both Doctrines exceed in magnitude and depth all the philosophical ideas developed by other great Prophets and Philosophers of both Planets.
When the first news about OOYAGAAWOA (JESUS CHRIST) was made known on UMMO, we do not conceal that it provoked an initial reaction of incredulity. So astonishing a resemblance was suspected of being a mystification on the part of this exploratory group that is on Earth.
The entire Sacred text of the Old and New Testament in the versions BIBLIA HEBRAICA by R. KITEL and KAHALE, as well as the Latin Vulgate; extracts from the works of Thomas Aquinas; works of the modern Catholic Theologians Fr. Congar and Rahner; extracts from Hans Küng and monographs by some authors of the Protestant Convent of Taizé and other Lutheran and Anglican theologians, were transmitted to UMMO and examined by the specialists, who issued a detailed report of 830,000 words, including a comparative study of the Dead Sea Scrolls and other palaeological texts sent by us.
332. DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE CIVILIZATION OF UMMO AND THAT OF EARTH.
Evident, however, is the great difference that characterizes our two Civilizations.
Whereas on UMMO the whole of Humanity rapidly assimilated the Doctrine of UMMOWOA, turning it into the Pattern and Rule of life for a Society that had just emerged from a dark nightmare under the Mandates of IE 456 and WIE 1, Accepting it without Fanaticism, without condemnation of the minorities who at first chose not to accept it, always seeking the arguments that supported it but without forcing them to its advantage, Aware that if we could hope for any happiness from our short life we would find it only in the spiritual depth of those divine UAA (LAWS), you continue terribly disoriented, seeking a light that still flickers in the lantern lying trampled in the dust, dazzled by the cold fluorescence of a Science and a Technology which, because you have made them an End and not a means as we have, implacably devour the unfortunate earthlings who worship them.
And we have also been astonished to observe in you the terrible contrasts between a Society, dull and ignorant masses, vegetating like poor soulless animals, and the spiritual greatness of figures such as a Catholic JOHN XXIII, a Protestant Albert Schweitzer or the Mahatma Gandhi.
Such social inequalities in the spiritual field are unknown on our Planet.
We therefore see you writhing in anguish, aware like Tantalus, the mythological hero of your Literature, that the remedy or the coveted FRUIT is THERE within reach of your hand, yet powerless to reach it.
For the best Earthly thinkers know perfectly well the terrible disharmony between Scientific and Technological progress and that of the sciences of the spirit, and they denounce it with a firm voice without being heard, watching in despair as the distance grows day by day, threatening to plunge Earthly Humanity into Chaos.
Do not think that your problem is solved by those deep cries of your spiritual leaders. You must look for the roots of the evil in physiological substrata of a genetic kind, and correcting them will take time, a great deal of Time; but before continuing we wish to emphasize an observation we made to you in an earlier report.
You often ask us why we do not offer you some of our Scientific contributions. But what you are suffering from is an as yet unassimilated “indigestion” of Science!!!
Or you ask us for moral and spiritual rules suitable for the unhappy Earthly Humanity. But you possess an extremely rich spiritual heritage not yet used to its full capacity!!!
Imagine a man who has a few dozen cigarette lighters piled up in his right-hand pocket and a few hundred lighter flints in the left-hand one. The former do not work for lack of the latter, and the poor fellow goes about asking passers-by for a light because his lighters do not work. What would you think?
Yet we would be wrong to laugh and mock that man, for we would be forgetting a third factor. An inhibiting element. Perhaps a transient mental disorder, blocking his volitional faculties, prevents him from the apparently simple gesture of quite simply inserting one of his little flints into the device. It would be cruel and unjust to despise him for his misfortune.
Do not be so naive as to think that we possess the magic formula, Aladdin's lamp, the marvellous pocket device which, like a prefabricated little God, would allow you to emerge from Chaos if we offered it to you right now.
It is true that our deep knowledge of the psychophysiological mechanisms that regulate the life of man allows us to act upon him with procedures more technical and exact than those you use with drugs, Neurosurgery or the techniques of Yoga and autosuggestion. We shall speak to you about this shortly, and perhaps you will be amazed at the progress achieved in being able to act on the very atoms of DIIUYAA (KRYPTON) of the OEMBUUAW.
But when we speak to you about it, you will be convinced that such techniques are not precisely what has achieved the social stability of our Planet.

A UMMO year is divided into 60 UMMO days. As each UMMO day is divided into 600 UIW (about 31 EARTH hours), the length of the UMMO year is equivalent to 111,312 Earth minutes.
We can estimate that ONE EARTH YEAR is equivalent to approximately 4.73186 UMMO YEARS. To follow a reliable mnemonic method: when we refer to a UMMO YEAR, imagine that it is equivalent (with little error) to about TWO AND A HALF EARTH MONTHS.

The energy source of that Time was mainly IUMMA (WOLF 424?).
On the initiative of IE 456 an immense “SOLAR” reflector was built, extending over an area of 1,168 km2.
The reflectors were built into the ground, resembling enormous ploughed furrows of parabolic cross-section. Assembled with silvered bricks or slabs, they occupied thousands of forced labourers (among whom was UMMOWOA).
Water flowed through pipes (
) located along the focal axis, and was heated by the infrared radiation of IUMMA until it vaporized. In this way it could be used, albeit with an efficiency of less than 80 per cent, for conversion into mechanical energy. (See DRAWING). Back

), reflects a faint beam of light onto the DOROO tape, made of a plastic compound of high dielectric strength /That is, highly insulating, thermally and electrically).
The light beam oscillates transversally over the tape (which moves at uniform speed) as a function of the acoustic frequency transferred to the mirror element.
Beforehand, the tape has been electrostatically charged by means of a small generator V; the voltage is high, although the actual charge is a few (IUDIIXAA) (Might be equivalent to microcoulombs).
When the (IBOZOO) (LIGHT point or “SPOT”) strikes the surface of the DOROO, the electrostatic discharge effect is produced which you know from its present use in XEROGRAPHIC techniques.
A device (
) optically fixes the wavy image by means of powdered carbon with a binding additive.

) is a METHANE heater that melted the mixture, definitively stabilizing the recorded acoustic function.
With this rudimentary system, which bears a distant resemblance to present-day techniques of photo-optical recording on Earth “film” of the cinematographic type, the cultural heritage of the period has been handed down to us. Back
